Well where do we start …
- No air conditioning instead we have to put up with heating or have the door open which attracted the bugs to come in then woke up with insect bites.
- No hot running water for 8 hours instead told by reception to take a “cold” shower
- Unclean sheets due to friend spilling a cup of tea. Came back to the hotel to find the bed had been made by the chamber maid but ignored the fact it was unclean and it wasn’t till we pulled back the sheets to find she ignored it and made it with the dirty sheets.(Anyone with a slight common sense would put fresh sheets on)

We stayed at sotavento during rugby weekend this year and last and it just gets better every time. All staff are extremely hospitable (special shoutout to Antonio and the hotel manager) also if you go at a similar time of year you'll see Harry who's basically part of the furniture . Good rooms; big with a kitchen , balcony and a fridge - we paid about 150 euro each for 5 nights. Theres music by the pool and great cocktails- the food is AMAZING - the carbonara is defo the best I've ever tried definitley recommend

5 of us stayed here for a long weekend of partying last weekend. The venue is amazing with sea views, good music, live DJ and great staff (Antonio, Naza and the lifeguard). The hotel was very accommodating when we requested a late check out and we were able to keep our room until 6pm, which was very helpful because we had late flights, which meant we could freshen up before going home! Antonio deserves his own section, he is a super friendly guy and absolutely carries the vibe!

Amazing staff, Jose Manuel and Antonio were very professional and very thoughtful! Great place to party and enjoy our vacation, close to the beach and the clubs, very nice cocktails at the pool bar. The apartments are clean, well equipped.

Came for my stag do and there were 18 of us. Great location, great vibes, hotel staff were all friendly and fun. Thank you to Antonio(Tony), Enrique and the male lifeguard, top boys. Made my experience even better and felt very welcomed. Hotel facilities were great, the gym was great. Restaurant prices reasonable. Pool was massive. Rooms were decent although didn’t spend much inside it haha. Would definitely come again

Amazing weekend here, to celebrate our friend Grahams 40th, all staff are amazing. Special shout out to Antonio & Enrique you guys are THE BEST 🥰. The atmosphere here is lovely, the guests there were also lovely & just good vibes all round. Hotel is gorgeous too. We will definitely return to this hotel. ❤️

We came to Sotavento Apartments to celebrate my hen party in April and had the most amazing time. The apartments are stunning and so clean, the staff cannot be nicer! Antonio the barman goes above and beyond for the guests and Enrique was always on hand to assist if we needed anything. The only thing we would criticise is that the sun loungers aren’t as comfortable as they could be but it’s really the only thing I could fault. Had the best time!

Amazing hotel for a group get away! Couples, girls or boys and for all ages. Such a vibe around the pool with the DJ and bali beds etc. Huge shout out to Antonio and Naza at the pool bar! They were both so friendly and attentative and made you feel really looked after. There is a walk up the hill to the hotel but it didn't make a difference and was well worth it. Rooms could be a little cleaner but it was a short drink fuelled break so wasn't a problem in all honesty. Would definitely return!
