This place is awesome. Friendly staff members especially David, Prince and Boitshwarelo. The breakfast buffet was on point with fresh fruits. The spa area was like a small heaven. The rooms were so clean. The restaurant needs a new look completely, the lounge area is too dark and needs natural light like their spa area.

The staff are exceptional from the front desk to the restaurant staff. We stayed in a room that was somewhat dated and needs a bit a sprucing up. That said, we had a look into a luxury room and that was spectacular. Our next visit will be to a luxury or superior room. The location is really great for a weekend getaway.

A one time dream holiday spot has become something of a nightmare. Maintenance issues, a cut down dining service and accommodation that has been neglected and forgotten.

Amazing venue! Has everything. Very welcoming atmosphere with well trained staff. Loved the visits from the Zebras and evening herd of antelope.

Our room was excellent, beautifully decorated with all the facilities one could think of. However, the food was abysmal, the Dinner buffet was R395 per head, it consisted of cold food with a very small variety, definitely not worth the price we were expected to pay. The Breakfast buffet was served cold and when I asked for French toast, I was told that it doesn't form part of the buffet and that I would have to pay extra! The Spa closed at 17:00 on Saturday evening and we were told that we didn't make a booking, so they were leaving.

Loved the great array of activities available, the free roaming zebras and the amazing condition the cottages are in. The Spa is amazing and I would have given a 5-star if the food choices would have been wider, however, I understand this is only because of the dates (New Year).

PRO's: - Beautiful and convenient location, - friendly staff, - lovely rooms - a great spa. MINOR CON: - Restaurant service not always great, sometimes with very long wait times, and few veggie options. Overall, I'll be back here.

After working very hard, this was the resting place that the doctor prescribed for me. The Zebras kind of made the whole stay memorable. I will come back to finish off the relaxation from where I left out

Stunning old school hotel and rooms in a beautiful natural landscape. The place needs a bit of TLC though and barking dogs kept me up all night. The food was excellent, the coffee not so good. Walk along the river and experience the zebra's in the morning!
