"This resort is a two-story building, and this time I chose to stay on the upper floor. Overall, the security system was outstanding. There were staff members constantly watching over the parking lot, making parking worry-free. The location is very convenient; there's a convenience store in front of the resort, and restaurants across the street, making it easy to find food. The atmosphere was a bit noisy in the early evening from the neighboring hotel, but it quieted down later in the night, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep."

"I booked a room through Trip.com, but upon check-in, the owner said they don't accept bookings from Trip.com, only Agoda. I arrived after 11 PM, and instead of being welcomed, they said the room rate was 1900 THB, even though I booked for 5 people and they wanted to charge extra. When I tried to ask if I could get the family room I paid for and booked through Trip.com, they were evasive and seemed unwilling to let me stay, even though I clearly selected 3 adults and 2 children for a family room during the booking. The hotel refrigerator was broken; we had to move it from another room ourselves. The bed sheets and pillowcases looked old and not worth the 16xx THB I paid (Trip.com even gave me a discount). The owner insisted the price was 19xx THB. Seriously, I booked through Trip.com and have a clear booking confirmation; why am I arguing about the room price? They should remove this hotel from Trip.com. I strongly do not recommend this hotel."
