Stupid reception person. We were greeted by this receptionist called as Karthik Raja who doesn't know how to behave to guests. We had booked online, but due to some payment issue it failed. So when we reached the hotel at 10 PM and tried to re-book from there he said its not possible to book online as the Check-in time is 12 PM and we had to wait until 12 in midnight. We told him several times 12 PM is afternoon and not midnight but he didn't understand. He said you can pay offline 900 rs for non a/c and 1200 for A/C room. The good 1. The rooms were newly made, good and very clean, has a nice cupboard, small table and chairs. 2. TV was working fine. Has Tata sky connection. 3. The bathroom is very big and awesome, but has a semi translucent glass wall. And the door didn't have a latch to lock it. That was weird. 4. Interior was done in a modern way and looks good. 5. Location is near to temple. 5 minutes of walk. The bad 1.No WiFi in 3rd floor when we stayed. But i hope they will fix it soon. 2. The hotel is located in a very crowded market like street. They have a good parking for 2 or 3 cars, but its a bit hard to take out car in morning as the street is so crowded. 3. Doesn't provide blankets. Only gave a thin white sheet even for a/c room 4. Lift was not working 5. Cutting down 2 stars for the receptionist behaviour.
