Parking offered by hotel is not hotel parking and is paid but over the road in a terrible location to find and decifer how to get back to the hotel. For public transportation this hotel is good if need to catch a train the next day.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and chocolates are given as a gift after check-in. The location is good, only a few minutes walk to Chamartin station. Taking the metro from Chamartin to the city center, for example to Sol station, only takes ten minutes. If you plan to go to Segovia in your itinerary, it will be convenient to stay here, because the trains to some suburban places depart from Chamartin Station.
