To begin with, half of the building was undergoing construction, and no one had warned us about it. There was dust everywhere in the corridors, along with a strange smell. The corridors were filled with construction equipment, blocking the path, including a Stanley knife. The first room assigned to us had construction on all the surrounding walls. We woke up to the room shaking due to heavy machinery and the sound of a hammer banging against the wall right next to the bed. It's already problematic that we weren't informed about the construction, but to place us next to such loud noises was even worse. The room smelled like paint since they were painting the corridors, and dust seeped into the room from under the door. Fortunately, none of us had any breathing or lung problems, but this oversight posed a significant hazard that nobody warned us about. When we attempted to leave the room to escape the noise and smell, a person was working on a wall in the corridor, causing bits of wall to fly in our direction. Consequently, we had to wait in our room for a considerable amount of time as the reception only opened at 1 o'clock. When we explained the situation to the receptionist, he acknowledged that there had been ongoing construction in the building in recent days and mentioned that the workers were only painting the walls and fixing a door on that particular day. I must emphasize that the construction noise was exceptionally loud, causing the entire room to shake, and the dust was pervasive. This went on from 9 AM to 8 PM. We were subsequently relocated to a different room directly above our previous one. While the banging from the construction didn't shake the entire room, it was still deafening and managed to wake us up as soon as it commenced at 9 AM. Dust still managed to infiltrate the room, and they were also in the process of painting this corridor, resulting in a similar odor. In the new room, the hot water didn't function properly, fluctuating from extremely hot to extremely cold continuously. The bathroom emitted a faucet-like smell, and the fridge produced an irritating noise that made falling asleep difficult, compelling us to turn it off during the night. Additionally, the WiFi didn't work correctly, and when combined with the noise, it became impossible to accomplish even a small amount of remote work. On a positive note, the receptionist did make an effort to assist us promptly, the apar**ent was conveniently located with all necessary amenities nearby, and it was well-equipped with utensils. Considering all of the aforementioned issues, my partner and I are frequent travelers, and we can confidently assert that this was our most disappointing stay to date. We highly recommend avoiding this accommodation.

Good location on metro and bus routes and within walking distance of many sights. Not luxurious but given the cost i wouldn't expect it to be. The apar**ent (1 bedroom) was clean and spacious enough. All single beds /sofa bed so if you wanted a double this room wouldn't be suitable Balconies not for sitting on as they arec tiny. Oven not usable due to no racks but hob was fine for a short visit. The bathroom was the main problem as a strong stomach was needed to cope with the smell, we had to keep the bathroom door permanently closed tight to avoid it stinking out the whole apar**ent. Probably wouldn't recommend it to a friend but not awful if you just want a basic place to crash.

Only advantage to these apar**ents in my opinion is the location. The balcony is a Juliet Balcony, not big enough to sit on so this is misleading. The towels were very small and threadbare and you have to pay extra to get them replaced and clean ones. The cleanliness when we arrived was basic, the oven was greasy and apar**ent was dusty. The drains in the apar**ent were very smelly, they came and cleaned them but the smell came back the next day. There were no instructions or a welcome pack to give you an idea of the area ie metro lines, places of interest, just given key and not told the office is closed when you checkout. The area is very noisy and busy at all times but it's central so you have to expect this. The soundproofing between apar**ents is bad and you can hear people moving around at all times.

Everything was excellent! friendly staff, very clean apar**ent, plenty of space and all necessary utilities. The location can’t be better on a walking distance to all Madrid amenities. We went in December and our must was a good heating system. It exceeded our expectations! It also has 2 splits for air con in summer.

Ordenado. Sí. Pero un intenso olor a cañería. Lo demás, correcto. Malasaña es un regalo para los sentidos

Lugar muy tranquilo, cómodo y cerca de varios de los puntos de interés de Madrid. Departamento muy completo, limpio a punto tal de poder caminar descalzo sin ensuci**** los pies. La calefacción es lo más. Recomiendo 100%. Hay supermercados, líneas de colectivos y metro a muy poca distancia

très bon rapport qualité/prix. cependant il faisait froid à Madrid ce week-end et le chauffage ne marchait pas correctement. on est tombé malade à cause du chauffage soufflant qui de plus nous réveiller au milieu de la nuit. pour la localisation, il est vraiment à 15 min à pied de la Gran Via avec pleins de bars et restau juste à côté. Il y a aussi une ligne de métro san bernardo à deux pas de l’immeuble. au niveau de la priorité, les chambres ne sont pas nettoyé chaque jour mais on a trouvé le studio très propre. au niveau du check-in, nous avons galeré un peu puisque chacun d’entres nous venait d’un pays différent et n’était pas joignable afin de faire son check-in à distance pour que le premier arrivé aie ses codes d’accès.

Un espacio muy conveniente y cerca de todo. Metro, cafeterías y tiendas de conveniencia.
