The check in process was great but the valet, restaurant, and bars were all terrible. We waited 15 minutes for a waitress that never came, the bar was understaffed and the bartender was completely overwhelmed Saturday evening. We waited 15 to 20 minutes for valet service Saturday night.

Great location. Great and inexpensive street parking. Easy access to dining and downtown shops. The hotel was very clean and great staff. All newly renovated. Two restaurants and bars. No issues!

Cafe very limited din choices- veery few vegetarian items. No coffee at dinner time. Nothing much for breakfast. Few amenties in bathrooms.

Great Location! Lovely Hotel! Friendly staff! Horrible Loom restaraunt and service! Horrible Cafe too. Understaffed! It took over an hour to get our food and it was wrong and they forgot my salad. We only got one glass of water. The steak looked horrilbe and sloppy! They got the pasta completely wrong for my 8 year old twin boys. They forgot about us! They even got our bill wrong and I only paid because I wanted to get out of there! So sad!

We loved the location because it was within walking distance to restaurants and points of interest. We were very happy with the services of the hotel.

From the time we arrived until our departure, the staff was warm, courteous, professional and made us feel at home. The valet parking was easy and Ozzie at the rooftop bar made us feel that we were visiting his home.
This was a Valentines Day get away that both my wife and extremely enjoyed. The only thing we didn’t get to do was to eat at the restaurant, but we will definitely do so on our next visit.

I am blown away by how amazing my experience was at Hotel 45. I had never been to Macon before and the downtown is adorable. The professionalism of the staff at this hotel blew my mind. I felt like they thought I was royalty with the kindness, service and courtesy.

The location is perfectly located in the heart and center of downtown Macon, Georgia. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars, a short walk distance away The hotel was clean and nicely updated. We were checked in with a smile. We ate at the hotel restaurant. It was delicious. Thought it was priced well. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again the next time we come to visit.
