I had family stay here on Friday 15th November, and they never had such a worst stay before. They were greeted by such a miserable man on reception that called himself a manager. The restaurant next door put you to shame when it comes to customer service. And maybe when talking bad about how you have treated someone that you are the manager for maybe close the office door. I am appalled and will not allow my family stay here again. The cleanliness of the room was brilliant but not understanding the tacky plastic boxes in the room with tea and coffee in. And how empty the whole reception is no welcoming feel. Have put in official complaint with customer services.

terrible cocky staff on reception pouring down with rain time was 14.40 we asked is our room ready he said yes but it,ll cost you a tenner before 3pm we said you said the room was ready he said it is but will cost you a tenner what soert of staff are this we left the bags in the car and came back at 11am disgusting service seme man was still on then he said next time read the small print BE NO NEXT TIME

Much like any other, except there is no lift. If you have mobility issues ask for a ground floor. The coffee at breakfast was "instant", although decent coffee was available in an evening. My guess is the low number of staff would not be able to keep up with hot drinks. Other places have self service coffee, even percolated coffee would be better. With regards the staff, they are friendly and attentive. Water pressure is very low, don't expect to fill a basin with hot water for shaving at reasonable speed. A couple of niggles, but nothing to get upset or worried over. I'd stay there again.
