We stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The stuff is really awesome! They've been friendly and provided a great service. Thomas has been of great help, he made the communication much more easier. The room was welcoming with adequate and comfortable amenities.

No issue at all with the room.
Unfortunately we had an horrible experience with the hotel manager.
He lost his temper with our family and start to scream us.
I shocked seen an hotel manager, doing soo bad in such a situation. He needs a better training from the company to take this role.
I wont book any family lunch there again. Ones is more than enough.

It’s perfect and the best hotel in Maanshan. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to solve any issues you encounter. Especially manager Thomas Gao is absolutely amazing person, I had a little miscommunication but Thomas was there to solve the situation in a second. I would highly recommend anyone to book this hotel, prices are very affordable and you get the best service

大堂前台人超好，主動幫忙升了房，有禮貌長得又好看（劃重點）
整個酒店環境非常好，不愧是貴貴酒店，很漂亮超級出片的環境
衞生很乾凈！完全沒有説感覺不乾淨或者不適的地方，來打掃房間的room service超級負責，雖然人還在睡，但是把周圍能打掃的都幫忙打掃了一下令人感到萬分害羞
但是房間空調有點問題，開了製冷但是房間温度越來越高，關了以後面板也有問題，但是酒店很快請了維修師傅來處理，雖然還是很熱啦
