Excellent location with high street and various eating places all around and a Marks and Spencer’s food hall directly below. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and were able to answer any questions I had about area. Room clean and adequate for our needs. More parking would be helpful but you can park along road some 5 to 10 minutes walk away for free. When returning to London I realised I left my iPad in room. Called reception and they very kindly agreed to send it on to me . Received it a couple of days later. Many thanks to the staff and manager
