Nice and clean rooms with wonderful service.

Check in was at 3:00. At 4:30 I asked when my room might be ready, they said they werent sure but that they would text me.
After sitting on the lobby til 5;15 and hearing others get a I inquited about mine. They said they text me saying it was ready, but I had never received a text. The number they sent it to wasn't mine, even though they had my correct number on file. They then gave me a room, but when I got to the room, someone was already in it.

I like that it has nice condo like rooms with patio. Early check in available depends on the day of the week.

Nice, small Waterpark suites more younger children. Roomy rooms. Could benefit from leaving extra blankets and pillows in the room for use with the pull out bed. Also would be good to communicate Waterpark hours upon check-in. Overall nice stay.

The renovated indoor pool is very awesome. Nice rooms although it needs to be updated as well. Costumer service is top notch. Will definitely be back again.

Our stay and visit was perfect for a fun family winter waterpark get-away . Excellent staff , fun waterpark and very clean -- We will definitely come back
