"Set outside of Lymington, which is a 20 - 30 minute walk away. Large grounds with lawns. Outdoor pool. Children's play area. Tennis courts. Indoor pool in an separate complex that also houses the breakfast room. Both are not in keeping with the charm and style of the older main hotel. We had a bedroom in one of the outside 2-storey more modern self contained units. You have to walk outdoors to access them. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Bathroom with bath and seperate walk in shower. Heating was totally inadequate for the size of bedroom - just a very feeble electric warm air heater with no ability to increase / decrease the setting AND it kept cutting out. Would have frozen on a winter's evening! Food & drinks in the evening hotel was acceptable, but quite expensive. Breakfast in the "spa" building was self service and chaotic. Overall paying 4* prices for a 3* facility."

"Aqui, de uma noite, voltámos de B e B e ficámos tão impressionados!A sala estava muito limpa e confortável, (o melhor espelho de maquiagem que já usei e Frazier era gentil o suficiente para compartilhar o link comigo, já ordenado!)! O pequeno-almoço é absolutamente delicioso, preparado com cuidado com ingredientes de qualidade fresca, o serviço é muito quente e amigável, MAS também totalmente profissional, e Fantastico localização, perto da bela cidade de Lymington e fácil acesso à floresta. Eu recomendaria muito estes B e B e estou confiante que vamos voltar!Obrigado Frazier e SUA maravilhosa equipe, você colocou o bar!"
