Lavande(Luzhou High-speed Railway Station Southwest Commercial City Branch)

Pros: Close to the supermarket plaza and many street food outlets. Staff tried their best to serve you. Cons: Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes). Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why. Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

不得不説前台接待小姐姐，非常熱情和專業，打滿分！！！接待温柔，笑容甜美，服務態度非常的柔和，從這一點就能體現出酒店的服務肯定是非常好的！其次就是酒店服務人員也是非常禮貌專業的！入住時詢問有沒有果盤，小姐姐也立馬安排，幾乎是有求必應！入住還可以參加小活動，非常幸運，蹭到了第二天的免費房，哈哈哈哈～最後就是客房內的整體環境非常潔凈和温馨！房間的設施設備也比較齊全，這是這次入住的整體感受！值得推薦！

根據導航很容易找到，周邊逛吃方便，離高鐵站也很近，酒店斜對面還有一個商場，逛街很方便。停車就在酒店旁邊，非常方便，酒店第一印象就是整體大氣設施完備，服務非常標準到位，前台的有個小姐姐非常熱情客氣，值得表揚！！其它酒店服務人員一見到客人就點頭主動問好，很規範。客房內部非常寬敞整潔有序，設施設備都很齊全，客房服務也不錯給客人感覺很親切！！！ 再次表揚！！
