The Jiangxi-style fried rice noodles at this restaurant are absolutely amazing, a truly authentic Jiangxi flavor. The rice noodles are chewy and smooth, cooked to perfection, and paired with fresh and fragrant side dishes, creating a rich and flavorful experience. Every bite is bursting with the warmth and flavor of home cooking; you could easily eat two bowls. It's a genuine taste that's hard to find in the city, and every bite is unforgettable. Even more surprisingly, the restaurant also has a branch called "Tian Tian Mala Tang" (Everyday Spicy Hot Pot), specializing in authentic Shanxi cuisine. The taste was absolutely amazing!
