Excellent service, extremely kind staff. They made my birthday a special day with a surprise Cake in the room when I returned from a busy day. The breakfast with a special Masala Dosa and Idly's were awesome since I'm from Asia and I eat these rarely. Thank you,

The staff went out of their way to help us. The service was exceptional and everyone was so friendly. The rooms are huge and the washing machine was handy. The food and drink menu was extensive and had local and plenty of international options as well. I’d highly recommend.

Superb hotel. Excellent service, large and luxurious rooms and a delicious breakfast. We were there for only one night with two teenage kids and ten-year-old. I would definitely return for business or with family next time I’m stopping over in Lusaka.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, the rooms are very spacious and the food was yum yum! The space is sparkling clean too. It is near Manda Hill Mall where you can find anything you need. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Lusaka. Keep up the good work.

Had a fantastic stay. The staff are wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant is very good and the chef super welcoming. My room had a coffee maker and kitchen area and the room was well-equipped. The bed was super comfy and there's a choice of different pillow types. The walk in shower had rainforest and ordinary showerheads.

Wonderful stay at the hotel for a business trip, incredibly attentive and welcoming staff who were always available with a warm smile, delicious breakfasts and food available- the chef is very attentive to ensure you taste their specialties. Rooms very comfortable. Definitely recommend !

Excellent customer focus and attention. The room was spacious, with even a small laundry and washing machine, a very welcome addition! The bed was very comfortable and I particularly liked the light but warm duvet - which wasn't tucked-in, but was loose and snug. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, with a broad selection of traditional options. The hotel likes to treat guests to a variety of small cakes throughout the day - all beautifully prepared. We had a wonderful few days.
