愉快的體驗，客房阿姨尤其贊一個，忘記是哪個阿姨了，狗狗尿到樓梯間了，拿洗臉巾一直在擦，阿姨説用這個不行，就去找拖把幫我弄了，前台的小姐姐也很熱情，店裡還有兩衹可愛的貓貓，很愉快的一次體驗，推薦給朋友啦，下次來還住這裏

住宿環境一般，空調是中央空調，我們出行的時候比較冷，那天還淋了雨，想要暖風吹吹，結果沒有。蚊子，昨天衞生間裏設施也是比較老舊的，洗手池，面盆周圍都有發黴。
但是這一些都能理解，比較驚喜的是酒店四樓有酒吧。衹不過沒有開設了，但是裏面轉一轉還是挺不錯的，六樓還有花園，反正挺神奇的吧，第一次住這樣的酒店，還挺喜歡的（除去衞生）。

我們不知道這家酒店為什麼能拿到接待港澳旅客的資格？房間細小，收費超高，設施爛舊簡陋，臭味連天，公用廁所壞了也不維修.臭味灌滿整個走廊及房間走廊坑坑窪窪.廁所漏水.連一般的旅社都不如，服務員態度生硬，好像不愁租不出去的態度，在平台上放幾盆植物就騙廣告是花園房間，很難想像你們攜程是怎麼來甄別這家“酒店”。這次在你們攜程定的房間我們非常氣氛，直接認為被欺騙了，如果處理不好我們會進一步向有關部門反映，

Very good location close to metro station (5mins walk) and night market. Very clean room. I chose room without window and price is economical. The bed is up a short steps so if you have very old guest, need to be careful. They keep cats in the lobby area which is fun as they are out in the evening. Hot water runs day and night too.

The staff was very sweet and helpful. This was during the flood in Zhengzhou, and trains weren’t running. They helped re-book, and told me when it was announced trains were running again.
It’s nothing fancy, and would benefit from having some actual food you could order onsite, but for a hostel it was clean, the staff was helpful and great location. Would definitely recommend.
