Decent 4 star, staff are excellent. The area is kind of CBD wasteland, only banks around, but we found a restaurant street about 10 minutes walk. Would stay again.

I had a great time staying at this hotel and I would book it again when going next time to Luoyang.
What made it really a great experience has been the friendly staff. As my ability to speak Chinese is on a basic level, I have been so grateful to meet "Vika". She is a Assistance Manager at this hotel and has English speaking skills are excellent. She took care of all my arrangements, including free welcome snack (see picture) and free transfer to the airport.
She really made a huge difference for me as a foreigner and I can just recommend any foreigner to watch out for her directly at your check in.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were great (family room was very large and comfortable). Nice pool and wonderful breakfast—Western and Chinese both good. Most importantly the service was fantastic—very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

設施：齊全。酒店地理位置優越，地鐵2號線的出入口就在旁邊。早餐豐富美味，牛肉和煎餃有地方特色。游泳池在酒店20樓，開放到23:00，非常適合。酒店邊上有幾個大公園，早上散步方便。

老酒店，以前應該是高規格修的。又遇到接待大會。辦理入住就很慢了。一來就送了精美小禮物。免費停車。
住兩晚，房間不錯，缺點在浴缸洗澡，沒有花灑。熱水不錯，下水流速快。送了水果。
早餐算豐富，120以下免費，140-120半價49元，超過140就98元。但是它這個早餐98我覺得值不到。

親子房的面積很寬敞，小孩子可以在屋子裡跑來跑去，小孩子的床是標準單人床，很舒適。每天贈送的果盤，有蘋果、桃子、香蕉、葡萄等等，小孩子很喜歡。早餐品種豐富，特別是地方風味洛陽牛肉湯味道鮮美。酒店的免費接送站服務也很好，很準時，使用別克商務車，方便放行李。退房手續簡便快捷。飯店距離龍門石窟比較近，出租車費大約27元。

我非常喜歡這個客房，乾淨、衞生、舒適、設施齊全、讓我有賓至如歸的感覺，酒店交通非常便利，開車導航非常好，前廳的小白在我們到達酒店後主動的為我們錄上了車牌號，博研也非常熱情的給我們引領到了大堂吧，細心的為我們倒上茶水。這個酒店的服務周到讓人無比舒心，無論大處小處都那麼無懈可擊，優雅而不失情調的裝修，真正體會到了入住一家酒店愛上一座城的感覺！

來洛陽旅遊，看這個酒店周邊位置都挺好的，前台給送了水果還有咖啡，還專門給孩子送了玩具挺貼心的，後院環境挺好的有個挺大後花園，一家人去三樓中餐廳吃飯，有個服務員詞敏小姑娘服務挺好的，還有這個飯菜也很好吃，這個空心麪湯很鮮，聽小姑娘介紹説是高級清湯做的，味道蠻好的，嚐了洛陽特色牡丹燕菜也很好吃，辣辣的，走的時候博妍小姑娘還給預約了免費送高鐵站，下次來洛陽還會來入住這個酒店 ，希望酒店生意越來越好。
