The front desk was extremely rude and had no service ethic at all. They initially made us wait and offered no solution. We had two large bags and had booked a room, but were told we'd have to wait. Then a room became available, and they told us it was in 717. We went upstairs and saw 701-720, but not 717. Looking at the room card, it was in 718. Hilarious! The front desk is also a prankster. In short, this hotel is abusive, with terrible service and a rude and chaotic atmosphere. Vienna is a chain, so they're probably careful about their reputation. Be careful of this one in Luohe. 2.
