We would come back in a heartbeat. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and appeared to be enjoying what they do. Our room was super quiet (apparently we slept through a major thunderstorm) and the bed was extremely comfortable. We ate and had a drink or two at the restaurant. Highly recommend the split pea soup, salt cod fish cakes and the fish and chips. And the service was excellent. Not to take away from the other staff but Madison is a gem! If we are ever back in Nova Scotia, this is definitely where we will stay.
