My suitcase handed for storage was left on the corridor rather than in a locked luggage room. Hotel was burgled, my suitcase stolen. Since 08.08. no response, apology or recompensation to my written complaints.
So not recommended for security reasons and lack of care for guests.

I handed my suitcase for storage, but instead of locking it safely into a luggage room, it was left on the corridor. Hotel was burgled over night, my suitcase stolen. No response whatsoever responding to my written complaints since 08.08., no excuse or recompensation. Hotel not to be recommended, due to security and duty of care reasons.

Very good hotel exceptional staff great location good room good chracter building rooms spotless nice old German chracter. Restaurants very close very near to railway station and taxi's in close proximity.

This is a cute hotel. Small, but the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Note that there is no lift, so dont book if you have a problem with stairs.
It is in the center of Lüneburg, which is a charming city.
EV car owners: There are lots of 11 kw/22 kw chargers in the city, but beware that you can only park at one for 2 limited time - usually two hours, regardless of whether you are still charging.

Ingen reception,- blev guidet via telefon - underlig oplevelse. Parkering 15 min. gang fra hotellet - burde være oplyst i annoncen. Super morgenmad - gode restauranter i nærheden. Vi mødte overhovedet ingen,- tjekkede ud ved at lægge nøglen i køkkenet…

Die Hygiene der Kutscherstube ist genauso grausig wie die Ausstattung. Defekte Armaturen, ein ungereinigtes Zimmer, die notdürftig zusammengeflickte Lüftung und ausgefranste Handtücher: Nein danke! Dafür aber Vorkasse.

Ich war mit meinem Freund dort und wir waren mehr als zufrieden :)! Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und das Beste ist die zentrale Lage, man kann sich überhaupt nicht beklagen , ideales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!!
