From within and without its environs, you can't think of another world! I can't be selfish with that experience but to spread the goodness of the place not forgetting the hospitality enriched with the staff who most of them I can mention names for making me feel home, away from home. The facility and facilities, spectacular! Asanteni sana.

We had so so much fun with our Game driver Mr Shimba Korbin Very respectful and helpful,did all he could so we could see the Animals and also spot them The food was very delicious, Friendly and forthcoming service at the reception and at the restaurant and the bar We had a very pleasant stay generally Only disappointing thing was that on towards our last day (1 and 1/2) day was quit loud especially in the morning having to wake up pretty early from the banging sounds because of construction work going on at the lodge

It was such a lovely experience at the lodge. The service was spectacular and the staff were really kind and helpful. It was great value for money Special shout out to Elsie from the front desk and Patterson from the restaurant for making our stay wonderful. Will definitely be back😊

The food was awesome and we all appreciate more so the lamp bites made from Mr Wycliffe and Shawn. Kudos! Also the game instructors, coach Jimmy and Cynthia , fantastic...the chemistry with children was great. Lastly the security personnel, thumbs up for your generous assistance.

The place is excellent and very peaceful. Very kind and friendly staff (Jemilah & Elsie) they went an extra mile to ensure we were all okay and generously provided assistance when we needed it.An exceptional experience it was at Taita hills Resort! Thank you!

Wonderful massage!!! Sixty minutes peacefully. Relacing time in Kenya, I recommend you very strongly if you go to this hotel. The place is so nice and the woman who is doing the massages is very kind and also a good professional. Thank you very much!

I am writing this message to express my sincere gratitude for your hotel's exceptional hospitality and service during my just concluded stay at Salt Lick & Taita Hills. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made my family and my experience memorable. From the moment, we arrived at Sgr (Voi)the staff welcomed us with a drink and warm napkin to wipe our hands and face(soothing). An excellent welcome at Taita Hills, our lunches were at Taita Hills. The comfortable accommodations( Salt Luck), delicious dining options, and impeccable housekeeping services exceeded our expectations. I was particularly impressed with how smoothly everything was organized and the friendly demeanor of your team members. Once again, thank you for providing such a delightful stay. I look forward to the opportunity of returning in the future with my family.

The pillows are so fluffy. The waiters Geoffrey and Christine are the best. They are ever smiling and helpful. The food is excellent, fresh, tasty and diverse. The only dissatisfaction I had was that the freshener you use is too strong and irritating. But all in all we had an amazing time. Thank you Taita hills resort!!! We will definitely be back again.

Taita was an exceptional place. Was picked up from the train station on time, welcomed to the resort happily, wonderful rooms, wonderful food and the view from the rooms is to die for. An experience I hope to relive again soon. Absolute treat
