First time stayed. Enjoyed the excellent hospitality. Vishakha Jashan and Reema and Sudhanshu attended gracefully. Amazing staff wonderful hotel room view was nic natural beauty 😍 they all are really welcoming n friendly staff thanku front desk team

Very comfortable stay and good experience. Staff is very polite and adjustable. Food is very yummy. Bathroom and rooms are neat and clean. Sarabjeet Rajan pallavi and Reema are very sincere, cooperative staff members. I really appreciated their conduct and dealing

We had a very short stay at park plaza Ludhiana but I must say it was really comfortable and we really appreciate staff members Sarvjeet, Rajan, Reema, Tinashe, Suresh all were so supportive during the stay…….we will surely recommend this hotel to everyone to stay…..All were amazing

Rooms are very old needs renovation, most of the electric switch not working. I have requested for hair dryer which has not provided. Breakfast spread is very limited and same on next day also the food is not kept warm even i was in the morning 7:30 am still the food was cold, the restaurant in charge is not giving proper attending to the guest while he is busy in chit chatting with the colleagues, i have ordered coffee which is not at all served. Checkout experience is poor as the luggage assistance not provided, Only provided in check in!

The stay was really comfortable. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family and visit in the future. Thanks to Jaspreet, Vishakha , Sarvjeet , Reema , Jashan ,Sudhanshu they all are very nice and humble nice place staff was really nice food was good

My stay at park plaza was very comfortable, very welcoming and the rooms were very clean and tidy. The pool, gym and shops were great additions. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with around the clock service. Jashanpreet, Rajan, Vishakha, Reema & Sarabjeet were all extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

It was a great stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The process of check-in and out is structured. The food is worth trying. The staff is efficient and polite. Thank you Vishakha, Rima and Rajan for great service. Will definitely stay again.

Had a great stay. Good food and fantastic service. Vishakha at front desk was really helpful and courteous. Reema, Sarbjeet and Sudhanshu made sure that the stay was comfortable. Have already became a promoter of this property and will make sure i stay with them again!
