A special thanks to the manager, who graciously accommodated my late check-in without any hassle—such flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with everyone genuinely eager to assist. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with outstanding service and a personal touch, this hotel is an absolute must-visit!

We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service de***ded. It's a place worth coming again...

I didn’t have time to fully use all the services to evaluate them. But overall there are no complaints. Adequate price for adequate service.

This is a bland, international style hotel which was heading for a 5* review until I was moved to a different room to accommodate a wedding party. I was fine with moving but not with the standard of cleanliness of the new room. The bottom sheet had fresh, small blood stains on it, indicating a) the sheet had not been changed since another guest had used the bed and b) possible bedbugs. After the sheet was changed at my request I slept in the bed nonetheless. [On getting home everything washable went directly into the washing machine and everything not washable was wiped down with disinfectant. So far so good from the bedbug transmission p.o.v.] Also on the bedroom floor were: a dust ball, a pistachio shell and an empty pill packet. There was a cigarette stub on the bathroom floor. Otherwise, the buffet breakfast was very nice and the restaurant OK. Alcohol is available. Note also: I booked the hotel through an online booking service and thought I'd included breakfast in the package, my usual practice. But the hotel said no - and, reviewing the confirmation email at check out, it was indeed not mentioned. So, if you do choose to stay here, check carefully the information sent to you to ensure no errors or omissions.

We stayed here for more than a week. It's a nice a place to stay peacefully. All the basic amenities are available. Breakfast and dinner buffet are great with variety of options of veg and non-veg, especially the mutton biryani. Service is also upto the mark. Mr. BKC from the restaurant is wonderful at his job, very helpful and courteous. All the best.
