What a beautiful little boutique hotel in the middle of Luca fantastic location fantastic staff so helpful it’s a Italian Jen If coming to Luca stay here is a must All restaurants are within walking distance rooms are very big and very Italian style breakfast was great loads of choice

The staff were absolutely fantastic, really friendly & helpful. Amazing location, right in the centre but on a quiet side street, close to everything. Beautiful historic building and absolutely charming. It's definitely not a 5* but good value for money and there's obviously a lot of care and attention given to the hotel and to ensuring a great stay for guests.

Great location in Lucca within the walls. Comfortable and spacious room with a spa in the bathroom. Extremely generous and varied breakfast and the staff is very accommodating. We came in a car, but never had to use it. Lucca is a wonderful city!

Mixed feelings – excellent central location on a quiet street, but the room a bit not functional, not enough furniture or chairs/sofa to sit on, only the bed. Breakfast buffet choice was limited.

Very welcoming and friendly hotel .Fantastic breakfast and really convenient for restaurants, bars and shops. Super clean and comfortable beds. We stayed for 6 nights and couldn't fault this place for good value . The hotel is family run and it is obvious that high standards are met at all times .

We arrived by train and easily walked (25 minutes) to this fine hotel with its professional and friendly staff. The hotel has a wonderful old world charm and fine attention to customer service in the midst of a warm ambience with delicate touches. It is conveniently located to dining, visiting the sites and shopping.T here is a delightful full breakfast. Each room is named after a flower in a quiet location. I recommend this hotel heartedly and would stay here if we return to Lucca. (Great recommendation for dinner locally.)

We very much enjoyed our stay. A perfect location within the walls of Lucca, convenient for both dining and shopping. The rooms were clean and our room was done uniquely in hand painted murals. The thing that stands out to me most during our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is located in a central part of Lucca. Rooms are all different and very nice….
Staff are the Friendly People, breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean and very quiet…
