There was no hot water all night and when I spoke with someone about it overnight nothing was done about it so I talk to you the booking agency I went through and they called the hotel and the person at the front desk said that I had never complained so I guess the overnight person didn't notate our conversation. They need to be better about communicating and better at problem solving as well. I should receive at least a partial refund because I paid $200 for that room for the night and didn't even get to shower

Overall a good stay. We enjoy the suite with the separate bedroom. The property was very quiet despite being busy; the lady who manages the morning breakfast area is so sweet. The room was clean and had no real issues. The fitness center is above average. I like how hand sanitizer is all over the property and coffee and lemon water is available all day. This is our 2nd time to stay here and it’s my favorite hotel in Lubbock.

Go to accommodations in Lubbock. Close to shopping, dining, & main transportation arteries. Friendly staff, nice suites, and good breakfast.

Everything was perfect!! I really liked the young lady that checked me in lastnight very courteous and beautifully mannered, definitely a keeper..., Brittany was her name...very polite and excellent worker ...i truly enjoyed my stay very comfortable and clean hotel...blessings

We stay here every time we drive from Colorado to Houston. Great hotel for an overnight stop. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Lady at the front desk is awesome! We will be back!

I stayed here a week. The property is worn and my floor smelled of old curry.
Lots of bird poop at the entrances.
