Well every thing was great with the place and and the desk clerk I checked in with no problem but ended up having to leave about two hours after arriving my wife who has been in umc for five and a half months passed away and I had to get to the hospital as quickly as I could but yes everything up until that happening was great no complaints

I feel safe here. Anything i need or have a question for they handle. Rooms are comfy, with a kitchen, so I can cook when i dont wanna get out.

No recliner. Kitchenette but no way to use it. No utensils. No coffee. No plates or cookware.

Staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately our bed sloped to the center and was extremely uncomfortable. Pillow was rough to sleep on as well, but that could have just been me. When we showered in the morning, we discovered the blow dryer didn’t work. So even though I enjoyed the staff, I don’t think I would stay here again.

Front staff were very nice and accommodating but the room had issues. The door would not lock, and the metal safety lock was broken also. They couldn’t get it fixed and were completely booked out but did offer us another room on another floor later that night. This next room was not usable as there were two very loud barking tiny dogs on both sides of our room. We chose to stay in the room that didn’t lock instead. At least it was quiet! Good location. Felt clean enough. Just wish we didn’t have to use the refrigerator as a door lock lol.
