Had to call the desk because tv remote didn’t work, but then the phones didn’t work either (two of them in the room we had). Front desk guy just showed up and fixed the remote. Told him about the phones and he wasn’t concerned at all. Next, the toilet broke. Tried using the best of the two broken phones to call front desk again, got ahold of the same front desk guy and he said he had to come up to check the toilet before he would consider moving us. Seemed like he was blaming us for the toilet issue when in fact the pump was broken and had nothing to do with us. He finally moved us to a room across the hall. All this happened very late at night, needless to say we did not have a restful night. Don’t recommend this place and will not be back.

The room was very cheerful, comfortable, clean, meeting all our needs. The Manager, Virginia, and her staff are very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. We stay at this Days Inn & Suites every trip to Lubbock and have never been disappointed.

I booked this the day before we needed the room. We specifically booked this hotel because it was pet friendly. Wrong. I was traveling from Oregon and got in at 9pm only to learn at the front desk that there are no cats allowed! Information that would have been helpful while booking. The clerk at the front desk was completely apathetic and told me that they can’t indicate which pets they accept. Apparently I have to contact ******* directly to receive a refund. I was told by the front desk that I needed to call individual hotels directly. When I suggested that he should ask his manager to complain to ******* about the issue he was apathetic.

Property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, room was nice! Breakfast was nice and there were plenty of options. Pricing was great for what we needed, would stay here again!

This is our go to place to stay while traveling from northern NM to Georgetown, TX. We ususally have a very good room but this time I heard the neighbors mumbling after ten at night. In the middle of the night the upper room tenant was walking around and his/her footsteps sounded so loud. In the am there was a gushing sound which could have been a gutter since it was raining. Also the tub was stained an awful yellow. It wasn't too pleasing to take a shower. I would still stay again and ask for a different room for sure. I have stayed in far worse rooms for more money.

The front staff was very kind and courteous and took care of all our concerns. The room was nice and truly ADA. It was clean but some dust bunnies under the bed behind the shag around the bed. The toilet paper was very thin. There was a small place by the bathtub at the bottom that needed repair. So that is a little nit picking but that is why you did not get 5 stars. Overall a pleasant stay.

I was in Lubbock for surgery and had to see my doctor the next day, the beds were very comfortable and I was able to rest well after my surgery.
