The front desk person has to refill the breakfast items. So sometimes you have to wait. Especially on the weekend!
My hair dryer didn't work and I didn't know until after my hair was wet! I'm glad my son had a room next door because I had to use his! These are connected to the wall and I couldn't ask the desk person to call maintenance.

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was excellent except about 9pm I got a phone call from the lady who checked me in just making sure everything was going good. Seemed a bit late to call but is an amazing thing to do - just do it a bit earlier. At checkout, there was no one at the desk for about a minute. Once she arrived it went really well. I will stay again on my next trip through the area.

Checkin was good, no problems. However, when we got to our room, I couldn’t believe that the door was misaligned to the point of leaving a gap where I could see into the hall. The doors need total replacement. The door was lightweight as well. It looked like someone had tried to forcefully enter the room at one point. The bathroom door was also in need of replacement.
The beds and linens were nice and clean. The room was spacious and had all we needed.
The bathroom was filthy as were the tile floors(pics). This place needs a deep clean and new doors.
The breakfast was good but it took about an hour and a half to feed my family since there were so many people.
I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

The stay was wonderful. We were greeted warmly by Zoey. Her kindness was genuine. The room was fine and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The carpet is a bit old and somewhat worn. I had a bit of trouble closing the room door from the hallway - the handle was loose. I reported it to the front desk and they took care of the issue. Breakfast choices were very nice and hot. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Facility very nice on outside and in lobby
Concerning that the hall carpets are nasty
Exterior of room doors have chipped off peices that suggest somone was distructive and the property chise not to fix
Smelled like cigarette smoke yet its advertised as non smoking room
Our room, the carpets had something sticky on them
The couch was dirty and had stains
The nite stand had chunks missing off of it
The sink in the bathrooom needs fixing it is awful
There were quiet large puddles behind the toilet of dried up urine
I would not recommend this hotel nor will i stay at this chain
I wish i could gwt a refund for all the issues encountered above

I booked my stay prior to reading the reviews. I was a bit on edge not knowing what to expect or expecting the worst from what was posted in the reviews. We arrived late check-in. It was going to be a packed house with college football game in town. The room was clean and cozy. Woke up for to really good breakfast. The staff was awesome, friendly and very attentive. Overall we had a great stay no issues. Definitely cant believe everything thats in the bad reviews. Would definitely stay again.

Where to begin...The staff was very unhelpful. Wouldn't answer front desk calls from our room requesting sheets and blankets, when we finally went and got them ourselves after them hanging up on us multiple times later. The fold out couch had a cigarette butt in it. The mini fridge didn't work. The bathroom had bugs in it. For breakfast, coffee was warm at best. The juice dispensers didn't work correctly. Just a dud of a place. And we paid $230+ to be treated like garbage.
