BOOKED ON ********** AND WEHEN WE ARRIVED THEY STATED THAT THE HOTEL WAS OVERBOOKED AND DIDNT HAVE OUR ROOM WITH TWO BEDS AVAIABLE. WE SETTLED FOR A ONE BED ROOM THAT HAD A WINDOW FACING A HUGE BRIGHT BILLBOARD AND THE SHDES DID NOT CLOSE. HOTEL WAS GRIMEY AND DIRTY. YUK, IT WAS CHEAP AND I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Hot tub was not working. Pools was freezing. And the mattress on each bed was so sunk in you would roll to the middle.

We like the fact that we had a special medical rate for our stay and another upcoming medical appointment. The special rate eases some of the financial stress associated with this medical travel expense. It is greatly appreciated.

We stayed at this property in June, like the place, nd it is close to the appointment I had on Friday afternoon. Comfortable, good rates,will stay there in future when need to stay overnight in Lubbock.

This place is filthy and I had to check out. Would appreciate at least part of refund. Anything would help. It was the worst hotel. I have ever stayed at. Had to go find another. Hotwl

Upon check in, we went to our room and found the door to open. All cabinets in the kitchen area were open and couch was pulled out, TV was on. Surface areas did not look clean. I went back to the front desk and the person working, Nicole, was less than caring about it. She was downright rude. She said the most she could do was close the cabinets. I said that was the least she could do, and also come inspect the room so I wouldn't be charged for any issues since the door had been open for who knows how long. She was extremely rude and unkind on the way up to the room. She slammed all the doors closed and threw the cushions back on the couch, gave us dirty looks the entire time and slammed the room door closed when she left. I spoke with the manager the next morning and she was apologetic. As far as hospitality goes, I would give this place ZERO stars. I will not stay there again.
