Bed was too low and too soft. Toilet was too low. Grab bars in shower were not in the right place. Chairs weren't practical.

I went into my room and tv wasn’t working, also people were running in the hallway around 2 am, nosy as a big party and as going on. The wash sink was not draining and the toilet was so loud it woke me up. The worse thing I couldn’t sleep all night because all the nosie.

Arrived and wanted to nap, the sheets wete dirty unchanged from previous guest. Hair on them and wrinkled. I requested them changed, the clerk did, and was apologetic. However, then I noticed blood stains on the comforter. Disgusting! The room's toilet backed up, smelled like a sewer.

The room needed a deep cleaning. The toilet was dirty and did not flush well. The baseboards looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The ceiling had a previous water leak that was never repaired.

Area was quiet. Its right by a hospital. Rooms weren't the cleanest. But for whay i paid for it was alright.

My husband and son stayed here for two nights due to my daughter being in the covenant hospital and my son broke out with a rash from bedbugs. We took him to the doctor and he’s having a bad reaction. I called the property to at least get my money back and I’ve yet haven’t got a response, if you have babies or kiddos, do not stay here!!!
