Baymont by Wyndham Lubbock - Downtown Civic Center

Was easy to check in and out, however when we got to the room, we couldn’t find a garbage can. The room smelled like cigarettes. There was no blankets other than a thin sheet on the bed. So sleeping at night was super hard, because it was cold in the room. We had it at 70, but it was still too cold. Would’ve loved to have a thicker blanket. Staff was super friendly and otherwise our stay was nice.

我們住過的最差的Baymount, 簡直是扎招牌的酒店：房間的床頭燈沒有燈泡，沒有垃圾簍，沖水馬桶沖不掉，空調是壞的 還沒有厚毯子 最後找工作人員去其他房間“蒐羅”了2張厚毯子 半夜還是被凍醒了； 還有最重要的一點，房間的味道很難聞，剛進門有很重的香水味，等到晚上香水味散掉了 原本的難聞的味道就出來了，那味道啊 讓人難以入睡！！！！ 房間完全沒有Wi-Fi 這次出差遇到的 最最差的酒店！

Dirty towels, clogged and used tube, they helped me to move to a second room and it was worst, and they moved me to a third room and on this one the heater didn't works, no hand soap, no shampoo, dirty towels and clogged sink, I spend the night with a low temperature, I couldn't sleep the only 3 hours what I had to stay there because I needed to drive to my destiny.

I reserved a king size single bedroom, non-smoking, and received two full-size beds and a smoking room😕

Broken bathroom door, no toilet paper ( asked for some and was handed a 1/2 roll), no garbage can, no shampoo, only 1 towel for double occupancy, smelled like cat urine ( had to go to Wal-Mart and get fabreeze to spray beds and room. Sanitary wipes to clean sticky surfaces, heater didn't work, no blanket on my bed, holds in walls, terribly pealed paint around door, and very poor service from the staff. 5 hours to get towels and garbage can. And to top offit all of couldn't take a damn shower because the hot water didnt work in the shower. TERRIBLE CRAP HOLE! Look for the pictures on line with a terrible review!

The room was incredibly dirty, the locking latch on the door was missing. The toilet didn't even work, as if the chain wasn't hooked up to the plunger. A roll of toilet paper was left out on the entertainment center. The lighting was dark and uninviting.

This is an older hotel, so keep that in mind when you come on the property. The staff is absolutely wonderful especially the manager. They really try to help solve your problems that come up while you’re staying there. There is a Walmart across the street for your convenience. I absolutely do not recommend dining at the Denny’s that’s in the parking lot.

The rooms were filthy, will left iver party remnants in the drawers and homeless people living under the outside stair cases. Please stay away from this property!
