Very friendly and helpful staff. Everytime I asked them something, they were more than willing to help in anyway they could. The room was lovely and very reasonably priced. The only very minor downside was that breakfast was a little bit limited for someone with quite a lot of food allergies, but the staff could make adaptions to the menu to try and cater for these. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Luang Prabang.

Really lovely accommodation. Pricier than others for what you get but you can use the free bicycles.
A bit strange that they don’t have hand towels so that was frustrating.
Enjoyed the local breakfast.

Excellent Hotel in Luang Prubang,recently refurbished so all the facilities are clean and well presented. Staff at the hotel are extremely helpful. The selection and quality of the Breakfast is good too.

我覺得我住在一家動物園裡，房間裏不是有蜘蛛、就是有蒼蠅、大拇指指甲蓋大小的紅螞蟻、蚊子，每天都有被咬不完的包，不知道下次其他客人入住會不會冒出來一條蛇，房間外經常還有很多來路不明不知是否攜帶病毒的野貓，每天都有睡不好的整覺、看到酒店系統裏大多都是攜程來的中國客人，不要被酒店所迷惑了，真的很差！！每天住在這裏都心驚膽戰的！！太臟了，每天早餐都在外面，想必蒼蠅都先替我們吃過了吧！
另外提醒：酒店正在沒日沒夜的裝修，翻看前面的差評，酒店從三月份就在裝修了，到現在也有四個月了吧，如果你想體驗從早上七點就有震耳欲聾的鬧鈴，那就前來吧！
