"The room was tight with space and the shower room the size of a closet. The wash basin was cracked. Where the manager was very charming and helpful her staff left much to be desired. Their body language left one with the impression that they were tired of tourists invading their space; indifferent and could not look at you in the eye. Table service was very poor showing a lack of training and experience. We were seated at a table but not given any menus. After waiting a quarter of an hour we noticed other couples arriving were seated and given menus immediately. At that point I got up and asked a member of staff for a menu. Having supplied our order we were kept waiting half an hour before the first course arrived while other customers who had arrived after us were served before us. Our dinner took us two and a half hours! On departure, after two nights, we were checked out by one of the assistants who was very curt, could not look at me in the eye and could not bring herself to wish us a pleasant journey! Cannot recommend this hotel"

"Estudo de tamanho certo, limpo e bem equipado Ambiente tranquilo, o espaço aquático é muito simpático. Só bemol, a cama de cama, o matelas não é confortável e considerar a cama de tamanho da rainha ou King Size seria melhor. Só nos fizemos passar uma noite, mas para uma pessoa que permanece durante semanas para cura térmica, não tenho a certeza se vai descansar completamente. Nós gostámos de um cuidado no Bo Resort, era muito bom, a cama de flotação é muito relaxante. Costa Piscina, uma pequena falta de manutenção, água um pouco suja, mas os jets são muito agradáveis para as articulações. O hammam, a sauna e a chuveiro sensorial muito apreciado, mas no sábado um pouco demais ao mesmo tempo. Um momento muito bom de relaxamento!"

"Located close to the centre of the City and the Port, it is a great base for a stay. The hotel is light and airy and is presented at a good standard. There were plenty of reception staff and the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Only grumble was that the bar staff were overwhelmed when the bar was busy, making ordering drinks a slow process. Would love to visit again"
