This was our first time here and will be our last. If you stay here, I hope you like sand & dirt…it’s everywhere. The WiFi is not good . And make sure you drive a Smart Car if you want to park at your campsite; you can squeeze alongside your camper if you’re lucky. There is a dog park, also sand, but make sure to keep an eye on your sweet pets as mine were chased by another dog while it’s owners looked on and said, “she’s really nice”. Management was rude. We had parked in the space by our campsite as there was not a camper there. Greg, who is the manager, asked my husband to move, which he was quick to comply but did ask what the problem was since there was no one in that site. He was told he could pay for that spot if he wanted to park there & then said he would contact the sheriff if he didn’t move; again, my husband was in the truck, ready to move. Campground has not much to offer; it’s an older campground with updates that need to be done. We have never camped at a campground that didn’t offer parking by your camper. We love Colorado but not much love for Loveland. This place looked & sounded great online…I guess actually seeing it told another story. We usually stay in Estes but thought we’d try something different - won’t do that again.
