This is a family management hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is the centre of Aidipsos and you can find everything you want nearby. The only disadvantage is the bar in front of the hotel which plays loud music until the 2 o’clock. If you close the windows the music is almost affordable especially if you have small childrens. We will visit this hotel again for sure…

Εξαιρετικό διατηρητέο κτίριο , πλήρως ανακαινισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις ακριβώς στο κέντρο της πόλης! Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο , πεντακάθαρο με πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια κ όμορφη θέα ! Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο να μας δώσει πληροφορίες της πόλης! Σε λίγα μόνο βήματα υπήρχαν εστιατόρια και καφέ ενώ η πιο κοντινή παραλία ήταν στα 50m ! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκεφθεί τα Λουτρά Αιδηψού και σίγουρα θα είναι η επιλογή μας κ στις επόμενες διακοπές εκεί !

Бронировали этот отель с 3 по 4 ноября 2022г., с моей девушкой. Нас встретили очень приветливо, номер с виду очень хороший, но проблема обнаружилась ночью. Примерно в 3 часа ночи проснулся от того что чешутся и зудят все части тела и кто-то ползает по нему. Сначала думали комары, но когда включили свет, пришли в ужас. Весь номер кишил клопами, они были везде, на стенах, в кровати, на мебели. Тут же, посреди ночи собрали вещи и срочно покинули это место. Позвонили администратору (т.к. в отеле никого из персонала не нашли), сообщили о проблеме и уехали. Испорченный отдых и масса неприятных ощущений. Хотели хорошо провести время в этом городе ещё 1 или 2 дня, но этой же ночью пришлось возвращаться домой в Афины. Надо было стирать и пропаривать все вещи, чтобы эта гадость не завелась дома. Написали письмо на емэйл hotelaktaion@gmail.com, о возникшей проблеме, приложили фотографии клопов и укусов, задали вопрос, не хотят ли они вернуть деньги и возместить, доставленные нам неудобства, но они это письмо просто проигнорировали.

Ευχαριστούμε για πολύ καλό δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Όταν ζήτησα βραστηρα για να φτιάξω ζεστό τσάι στο δωμάτιο αμέσως τον είχα .Ευχαριστούμε ακόμα για πολύ ωραίο πρωινό στην διπλανή καφετέρια . Ακταίον hotel = φιλοξενία
