The hotel is beautiful and in a good location on 4th Street. Multiple restaurants and bars to eat but be sure to set reservations. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were very stiff and there was no thick comforter. Parking can be a little confusing, more signage needs to be visible because of valet and everything else the parking garages are hard to see. We had a larger vehicle and had to use a different parking garage, and due to all the valet in the front part you couldn't see where that parking garage was therefore we ended up parking in public parking garage down the road. Hotel staff was good about this and refunded us for the hotel parking so we was not double charged. One thing that I noticed that would be a big help to visitors is more signage within the hotel and parking garage. The hotel is very large and all the floors look the same so you can get quite turned around with which Tower you're going to or where the restaurants are located. For example, it would be good to have some signage inside the elevators so that you know which floors have access to which restaurants/skywalk. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

The 21cHotel in Louisville is an amazing new concept in Hotel stay! Not only were the rooms spotless and well appointed, but the staff was helpful and truly a pleasure to converse with! Thank you Jason! The various art work around the Hotel is innovative, thought provoking and interesting. Pity none were for sale! Make your reservations quickly while in Louisville to spend a few days in this well located, beautifully planned Hotel. Although we did not dine in the Hotel restaurant, other travelers were quick to say how wonderful the food was! Enjoy!

Have stayed several times Very good 24-hour front desk 24-hour hotel airport bus On call and the driver is very nice Suit and tie service is also good. Check-in at the front desk was quick, just check out the room card. 3 minutes away from the airport. Anyway, it ’s fast but not noisy. Many crew members at the airport live here.

It is a pet friendly hotel however there’s no grass area on the property. You have to walk across the street and down half a block to a spot in front of a white castle. Was a little strange. The bed was comfortable and bathroom is spacious. Parking across the street was easy but the one-way streets made it time-consuming to drive around the block with 3 stop lights after unloading.  neighborhood was a little sketchy and a homeless man 1 block away was pressuring me for money.

This was the second stay for my husband and I at the Cambria. Our first trip was in 2022 and we loved the hotel so much we booked it again for our 2023 trip. Check in/check out was extremely smooth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. There is on site parking and an overflow lot across the street. The location is great, so many things to do and see within walking distance. And our favorite thing about this place, the on site bar :) When it get's later in the evening and you do not want to walk the city streets or places are closed at 6:00, you can come back to the hotel and continue to have a couple drinks!! I highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends. We will be back in 2024!

This was a very nice surprise. From the reviews, we expected way less from this hotel. Reception staff was great. They were helpful and quick (except on our last day, a Thursday, where there was no one around for my check-out. I waited 10 minutes and then left). We had a junior suite with a sofa bed and 2 queens. The room was large. We enjoyed the view at night. We liked that the toilet and shower were separated. The beddings were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a good offering with waffles, cereals, eggs, rotating meats, yogourts. On the Wednesday night, they even had a reception where they offered a cockail, beer or glass of wine. No one was there but hubby and myself! It was a nice touch. You can pay and park in the hotel's garage. Its very convenient and you can go in and out. I would have given a 5 star to that review, except that on the last day, breakfast was not good. No knifes, no forks. That's the day I was going for bagels, so I toasted them but then had to throw them away as I no utensils to put anything on them. I tried a spoon, but it broke. Coffee was empty. I had the last cup on one of the machine and it indicated that it had been there for 2:38 hours. I wasn't sure it was good. No coffee and mandatory cereals gave us a pretty bad start of day. And the guy that worked there didn't seem to care or even apologize. I suggested that he add a sign so that others didn't waste food like I did, but he didn't.

small spaces and limited parking, we got a room that faced the airport and free way (very loud and obnoxious), room smelled of aged cigarette smoke, amenities such as the ironing board and hairdryer were dirty, signs of bed bugs, dirty floors, burn marks, glitter and obvious bodily fluids on the blankets, the door would not close unless it was locked from the inside or literally slammed shut. the only reason i'm giving them two stars instead of one is because of their quickness to give us a refund. would not recommend this place even though it is cheaper than other places nearby.

We spent a night at the Seelbach due to the history of the hotel. What we received was beyond expectations. Not only was there a lot of Information available throughout the hotel, David T. went way above to provide a 1-1 tour. After returning from dinner, we stopped to ask about the Rathskeller. David not only provide the history, but brought us to the Oak Room and the private card room that Al Capone used. We were blown away by his knowledge and the service he provided. David’s extra mile made our minds that this will be the hotel we will stay at for future trips to Louisville

I travel as a teacher with students quite often. Selecting a hotel is one of the most difficult parts of planning travel. I was recommended to try the Aloft by Marriot in Louisville. This stay was awesome. We had to arrive late and our room keys and everything were prepared in advance which made checking in easy. Ryan at the front desk was very professional and a great guy. The rooms were spotless and some of my students commented that this was ”The nicest hotel we've ever stayed in.” I was impressed and I will definitely use this hotel again. I didn't get to try the pool but it is a great looking indoor pool.

Although I stayed here but one night, I found this room/suite quite comfortable. I liked having more than a simple room, being able to sit on a sofa to read, write or watch TV in a separate room from the bed. This helped in my feeling more at home and making it easier to relax. Everything was most comfortable and, more important, clean. I would have been most comfortable staying longer. The only complaint i have is that there is no restaurant on or close by the premises. I bought pretty much junk food in the lobby.

This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. The front desk person and I were talking and he told me that at one point they had to close a room because there was a meth lab in it. The doors leading in from the parking lot slammed shut, all night long. This is something a maintenance person should know how to fix. They ran out of food and coffee at breakfast, mind you there were no big events happening. The room was dirty, not the worst I have seen but bad enough. There was no way to set the temperature in the room. Just am old knob heater, like a space heater. It was either way hot or freezing, because it wasn't shutting off on its own when the room got hot. I made this reservation thinking I would give Quality Inn one more try after a few not so great stays for work travel...huge mistake. I will never stay at another Quality Inn. Choice Hotels should remove them from thier apps.

This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. The front desk person and I were talking and he told me that at one point they had to close a room because there was a meth lab in it. The doors leading in from the parking lot slammed shut, all night long. This is something a maintenance person should know how to fix. They ran out of food and coffee at breakfast, mind you there were no big events happening. The room was dirty, not the worst I have seen but bad enough. There was no way to set the temperature in the room. Just am old knob heater, like a space heater. It was either way hot or freezing, because it wasn't shutting off on its own when the room got hot. I made this reservation thinking I would give Quality Inn one more try after a few not so great stays for work travel...huge mistake. I will never stay at another Quality Inn. Choice Hotels should remove them from thier apps.

We booked this trip for a party of 9 attending Kentucky Kingdom for a couple of days. We chose this hotel for 3 reasons: Cost, location, and breakfast being included. When we got up to eat breakfast we were very disappointed. The only options were 2 cereals, toast, and pre packaged muffins and granola bars. Not only that, but there were roaches on the counter with the food. We immediately brought the roaches to the attention of the attendant on duty, and were told that the manager would be in at 10 am if we wanted to speak to him. When my wife complained to the manager and requested a discount due to not being able to eat breakfast we were told no discount was warranted because the breakfast was complimentary and not something that we paid for. He said that we were just trying to get something for free, and his excuse for the roaches were that it rained the night before and the roaches moved inside looking for shelter. Needless to say the cleanliness and service get an ”F” from us, and we'll never return to this location.

The hotel is very close to the airport and the highway is also very easy to find. The room is the standard for the Holiday Inn Express, clean, the bed is comfortable, and there are some. Gas stations, convenience stores, drugstores, supermarkets, McDonald's, etc. are all within a few minutes of driving. The choice of breakfast is also standard for the same type of hotel, the restaurant is much more spacious than other hotels. The only thing that feels a little worse is that the front desk staff at the check-in desk is indifferent, has no smile, and is not particularly friendly.

Clean place, nice staff, breakfast was all Sam's Club food, as well as the vending machine, but it was good. Super nice staff, only downside was no indoor pool, outdoor only, so it was closed. Location was kind of off the beaten path through a little bit of a slightly sketchy neighborhood, but no problems were experienced. All in all, a nice stay for the price.

Excellent low spot rooms were clean well-kept linen was spotless the front desk Clerks tend to stare at you too much when you come downstairs for breakfast, and they hawk-eye your plates as if you're not going to eat a sausage biscuit and a bagel would you pay $6 for if you order on this website here. Either way, hot shower totally worth it, neighbors are quiet my room was near the elevator, and it didn't smell like a locker room in the fitness center. Although it was an excellent day and I was very happy, even extended by a day. I think you'll love it oh, it's typical Ramada Style at a price we can all afford!

I wanted to share an amazing experience at the AC Hotel in Louisville KY. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is even more amazing. You can tell that there is a culture of customer service excellence. The staff is very well trained ad accommodating. I frequent this hotel for business travel, and each time there are positive interactions with the staff. I wanted to call out two individuals especially for going over and beyond. Chris Fletcher (sales coordinator) and Pamela who absolutely owns the front desk. I strongly encourage you to stop by. Pamela will make you feel at home with her warm smile and infectiously positive energy. -Cheers.

I made a 2 night reservation through Hilton Honors. Get there to check in and clerk says she can't find my reservation. I spelled my last name for her several times then gave her my drivers license. She shook her head but I guess she finally found it because she gave me two room keys. We get to the room and it was warm so I turned the thermostat down and went to a ball game. Came back late and room still warm. We slept through it even though it was uncomfortable because we had already unpacked and were dead tired. Next morning I advised front desk about A/C and clerk looked everywhere for a pen/pencil to write down my room number but then she said ”I'll remember”. Well I guess she didn't. We came back late again very tired and guess what? Neither room key worked!! When I went back downstairs to front desk, clerk said they put me down as a ”no-show” even though our stuff was still in the room from the previous night and I had a 2 night reservation! After several minutes of finding my reservation again, she apologized and fixed keys. I went back up to the room, opened the door and guess what? It was hot, no towels, and beds unmade! I sent my wife down to speak to clerk because I had had enough by then. Wife came back with a new room key so we packed our stuff and moved down the hall. That room was just OK. Breakfast was very Days-Inn-ish and I was ready to leave that place. Will stay somewhere else next time.
