I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the reception and services at this establishment, and I feel compelled to write this review shortly after my arrival. Today, I arrived with some friends who were on a cycling holiday, and we were welcomed on a scorching hot summer day with temperatures in the high twenties. To our dismay, the reception staff made us wait outside in the blistering sun while they allocated our rooms. We endured over 30 minutes of discomfort, and they did not offer us the option to wait inside the lounge. The apar**ents were scattered across various buildings, adding to our confusion. The receptionist only spoke French and relied on Google Translate on her phone to communicate with us. The translated message instructed us to "go between the restaurant and the shop," but there were no further details provided regarding the name of the building or the location of the lifts. I ventured to the indicated area twice, but there were no signs or indications to guide me. Frustrated, I returned to the receptionist, who repeated the same instructions. On my next attempt, I asked for clarification, but her response was unclear. I even requested her assistance in person, but she declined, citing that she was alone at the desk. Eventually, we managed to find our rooms through trial and error. Upon entering the room, we were shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels provided. Moreover, there was no air conditioning or even a fan to alleviate the sweltering heat. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was non-functional. When I approached the reception once again, they handed me a large cloth bag containing linen and towels, stating that it was my responsibility to take them to the room since they did not arrange for their delivery. Inquiring about the lack of air conditioning, I was informed that there were no such amenities available. When I asked if they had fans, their response was equally disappointing—they simply did not have any. The reception staff displayed a blunt and indifferent attitude, showing no remorse for the absence of these basic necessities. Even when I suggested that measures should be taken to provide at least a fan given the intense heat, they flatly refused and advised me to open the windows instead. Furthermore, when I reported that the Wi-Fi was not functioning, they expressed their inability to resolve the issue, leaving me puzzled as to why they didn't have a solution in place. Considering the extensive wait we endured during check-in and the overall unhelpfulness of the reception staff, coupled with the poor trea**ent and lackluster service, I strongly advise against choosing this place for your stay.

Très bon accueil. Prêt de lit bébé et chaise haute. Situation idéale dans le village. Appartement très propre et confortable.

très bien le seul bémol c'est le couchage un canapé style clic clac inconfortable , instable , et bruyant a proscrire sinon pour le reste c'est très bien

Logement idéalement situé, proches de toutes commodités. à 8 c parfait. seul point négatif le départ à 10h ... un départ vers 11h voire 12h serait idéal (surtout avec des enfants à gérer !!!)

La résidence est très bien située. Par contre l’état de l’appartement où nous étions laisse à désirer : - odeur de tabac dans la pièce à vivre - Balais à disposition plein de cheveux des anciens locataires - literie de très mauvaise qualité - vaisselle et éléments de la cuisine très sale - meubles délabrés - parquet, portes très abîmés

Vétuste, mériterait amplement une bonne rénovation et décoration. A notre arrivée ni frigo allumé (embêtant avec des courses à mettre immédiatement au frais) ni chauffage en marche (ennuyeux avec 2 enfants à coucher rapidement).

L'appartement loué ne correspondait pas exactement aux photos de réservation mais restait correct dans l'ensemble. Propreté très bien , état global plutôt moyen. Nous avons été étonnés qu'il n'y ait pas d'état des lieux d'entrée, sachant que nous n'avions pas pris la prestation ménage, car nous comptions le faire. Pendant le séjour, nous avons même demandé à ce qu'on nous change l'aspirateur qui n'était pas fonctionnel. Le matériel de ménage fourni restait dans un état très limite et vraiment pas adapté car nous sommes venus avec un chien. Nous avons fait le ménage au moment de partir, du mieux possible étant donné le matériel fourni, mais toujours pas d'état des lieux de sortie au moment de rendre les clés! Par contre, deux jours après, on reçoit une série de photos dont certaines indescriptibles, qui attesteraient du mauvais état dans lequel nous aurions laissé l'appartement. Impossible de vérifier l'origine de ces photos à posteriori, et certaines ne permettent même pas de déterminer ce qui est en photo. Résultat : nous allons être débités de 100€ sur la caution car nous n'aurions pas nettoyé les lieux. Nous reconnaissons avoir laissé des poils de chien sur le tapis d'entrée(impossible de faire mieux avec leur aspirateur), et peut-être restait-il quelques poils dans le reste de l'appartement mais comment faire un nettoyage parfait avec un matériel non adapté, alors que la présence du chien était prévue et que nous avions payé un supplément pour ça. Je trouve la démarche un peu limite et décevante car vu les conditions, nous avons l'impression de nous être faits avoir. Déçus.

agréable séjour avec une belle vue. Accueil de la réception très satisfaisant. appartement très bien situé au cœur du centre de Loudenvielle, seul bémol intérieur du logement qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement et tout serait parfait !

Manque de rangementq dans la chambre principale du RdC. Attention au mauvais agencement des portes au 1er entre celle de la salle de bain et de la chambre à coucher, risque de coup/chute. Emplacement idéal, près de Balnea, de Skywall, des commerces, du lac de Genos, du parapente, et autres lieux à visiter comme le pic du midi.
