If you surf, you already know about this spot. Its very famous and people come here from around the world. Our visit was super chill and we took amazing hammock naps! We arrived early in the week when it was quiet. They place filled up for the weekend. We had some really loud 'surf bros' next door that we had to tune out. We'd just try to ficus on the monkeys that were cruising around! Sometimes, we couldn't tell the difference? lol The restaurant is just "okay". When we were there, it was the only place open sometimes, so it was expensive and the food is mediocre. Its a great place to chill and watch the waves. We opted to eat in town when other spots were open. The best part of our stay was that we had a kitty named "Tequila" who slept with us every night! I know that sounds silly, but it really made our stay special. The round cabin was so comfy and beautiful. We got a room with A/C and fridge, but didn't really need the A/C during rainy season. Also: The beach right out front has gnarly surf. If you want to swim, go to the left where there's a nice sandy bottom.
