It wasn't luxury, but had mostly what we needed, we were self catering and managed to cook various meals with the utensils we had. Was quite disappointed that we booked this place specifically for a 2 bed apartment for 5 people to then be told we were getting 2 x 1 bed apartments. We made do but I would have probably gone somewhere else if we was planning to get two separate apartments. I literally looked around loads for a 2 bed apartment specifically. Cleaner pleasant and polite. Clean and tidy. Two pools, clean and tidy and overall relaxed atmosphere. Two outdoor restaurants, these were chilled out. We had cocktails there and paella 'cook out' which was lovely. Would recommend if wanting the singular apartments. But do not rely on getting a 2 bed apartment.

Just returned from a 5 nights stay at this complex . On arrival we got upgraded to a 2 bedroom duplex as we’d requested a high floor . The apartment is a little tired but clean and tidy . The pool area was very clean and pools cleaned every morning. Just be careful of the sunbed wars if arriving in high season as it got very busy at this time of the year. The cafe on site does an amazing sangria and lovely lunch time baguettes at a good price . It’s in a perfect location surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants and so close to los cristianos town centre bus station and beach. We would defiantly return .

We were in room 559, which was on the 2nd floor. It's not easiest to drag 3 suitcases upstairs. Room itself was roomy and clean but a little tired in places. Well equipped kitchenette with oven but no microwave. The bathroom had a shower over a small bath and plenty of hot water, again the bathroom was clean but tired. Beds are very comfy, but the sofa bed in the lounge was not so. Lovely large balcony area. Maids visited the room every day, towels changed twice in our 7 night stay and bedding once. 2 x pool areas, 1 heated. Both pools had a lack of sunbeds, which resulted in having to get up at 8am to join the sunbed brigade to reserve beds. Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants close by Short walk to Los Cristianos beach and playa Las vistas a little further on. All in all, it has been a lovely, relaxing stay on a budget.

Had a split booking , 2 nights in no. 19 Amarillo and 7 nights in 44 verde ,please be aware no 19 should be condemned, we actually stayed in it with our 15 month granddaughter in it ,which I’m now disgusted about, on complaining was told it was popular. The top bedroom shower should be condemned we know the smell from drains can be bad but the condition of shower in general was horrendous but generally flat was vile. There was lots of issues with exposed wires, we could write a book. We moved to 44 verde and it was a total relief in every aspect. In hindsight should have looked for somewhere else but shocked they actually put people in it, in 30 years of booking apartments only had 2 bad experiences in private rentals and this was the second. We weren’t sent photos of no. 19 and now I know why, be aware never ever to book it. Stupidly we paid full amount as it was only 2 nights but a good gesture on returning to any flat but there would be appreciated.

Booked by pure luck at very short notice. The apartment was a good size and clean, the receptionist was especially helpful as we’d requested to check into our room early. We ate in the cafe the staff members were very friendly and welcoming, we will definitely return.

The Cristian Sur Apartments were fabulous! We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor, which had more or less everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable, lovely kitchenette with a little cleaning pack with cloth, and washing up liquid, a fridge, microwave, and a two-ring halogen hob. The bathroom was modern with a shower over the bath, plenty of hot water, complimentary shower/hair gel, and a hair dryer. Towels were changed regularly, and the apartment was cleaned regularly. The safe was about 25 euros for the 10 days, we had a slight issue with it not locking but it was resolved by a technician very promptly. Reception staff are always available and very helpful. There are only ceiling fans in the apartment, which we knew when we booked, and with temperatures warmer than average, it meant the nights were very hot, but we hired a fan from reception and had the windows open and it was fine - if it hadn't been we could have hired an air con unit locally. The second bedroom was up a spiral staircase, a bit tricky getting the cases up and down but it was only once each way. There are twin beds and an ensuite with a further shower and toilet, and a second balcony on the second floor, but no furniture on that balcony. The pool areas are lovely, kept very clean, and no issues getting a sunbed, they are hard plastic and a tad bit uncomfortable but noticed some guests using lilos on top of them which was a good idea! The stunning beach is about a 20-minute walk away, with lots of lovely restaurants, shops, and bars along the way. The coastal path is absolutely beautiful and we walked along it most mornings before it got too hot. The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed every single minute of our ten days in Los Cristianos. We loved it so much we have re-booked, but have opted for a month when the evenings will be cooler. Thank you very much to all at Cristian Sur for making our holiday so special.

The place is clean, tidy and most of the staff are friendly, just the man with glasses on when we arrived , he was not helpful. We were on the 4th floor with 4 sets of 16 stairs and both in our late 60s we found it difficult and tiring climbing 3 times a day. We asked for help with our luggage , we were told yes a man will help but you have to tip him , it was the unpleasant attitude it was said in. The same when we asked for help bringing them down. We had breakfast there, big mistake. It was basic to say the least. The same food every day , greasy over done fried eggs, bacon very hard and over cooked . Porridge hardly warm, beans the same. It was a waste of money , wr could have had better out. Another couple paid for evening meal but ate out. We had 2 meals in both no good, one salad and both had chicken breast , chips and small amount of veg. Chicken was tasteless and very tough. I wouldn't recommend eating here. Best thing about it was cleanliness, friendly staff and entertainment. No microwave in the apartment which we were expecting. Too far from the sea and other places to eat. Ovet 800 meters. We had to get taxis. A fight for a sun bed people put their towels out early doors , staff should remove them. I wouldn't stay again and definitely not recommend for people with disabilities or the older people. 😕

My 73-year-old mum and I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment booked via Jet2 Holidays in September 2023. The apartment: Our apartment was based on the second floor, just around the corner from the on-site cafés. Split over two floors the apartment had the main living space, kitchen, double bedroom, and bathroom on the lower floor, with a further bedroom accessed via a mezzanine / upper level. This mezzanine would need to be accessed by a rather rickety spiral staircase. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had the towels, floor mopped, and bedding changed 5 times a week by the lovely cleaners. The only drawbacks of the apartment for us would have to be the lack of air conditioning, and the lack of any lift facilities on the complex. With temperatures averaging the late twenties to the mid-thirties you were either having to have the balcony doors wide open or look at using a portable air conditioning unit (ours was supplied via Mr Cool) to keep cool. The nature of how the rooms were designed meant the hot air from the living space was travelling up into the mezzanine bedroom where there was no fan, no outlets to plug in the portable air conditioner and a need to leave the balcony doors wide open all day / night long – which became a game of cat and mouse with the cleaner. 🙈😁 Getting Around: The complex is like a maze. I believe it’s split into different sections / names. Now, unless you’ve been before I’m quite sure that will mean nothing to you, and you’re more than certain to get lost. We were in room number 466. This had no correlation to the numbers we were seeing on the walls whatsoever. Appears either the 2 bedroom or privately owned apartments are numbered differently from the standard rooms. This just causes confusion, which is the last thing you need when you’re lugging around 20kg cases in the midday heat. The complex really needs to look at somehow implementing lift facilities. Not too sure if somebody was meant to show us to our room on the day we arrived, but we subsequently ended up having to wander all over the complex with our cases in the midday sun trying to find where we needed to be. To say tempers were frayed by the time we got to the room would be somewhat of an understatement. Thankfully some kind holidaymakers had managed to help my mother find the room and calm her down a little. Internet Access: WIFI packages can be purchased from the main reception. I believe this should allow you to access the internet around the communal areas / in your room. Personally, I wasn’t seeing any connection until I got anywhere near the reception area. In the end I ended up renting an unlimited WIFI router package from Mr Cool (think this was around 60 euros for 10 days). This just worked flawlessly and allowed me to browse the internet / use my Amazon firestick on the apartment’s TV. The staff at reception were kind enough to offer a full refund when asked. Apartment in great location a few steps up but would recommend it plenty of bars and restaurants near by, and a very short walk to the centre of town and the beach, nice fish and chip shop across the road if you fancy an early evening ,also a Chinese there too
