My mum and her {now ex} husband were recommend this place by Jet2 when they had an issue with the previous booking they had, they instantly took up the offer after seeing images online along with the distance to the beach. Upon arriving we were told to pay for Wi-Fi for each smart device we had which I did find quite annoying as typically Wi-Fi is free in hotels, along with this we were also told to pay for the safe which was provided downstairs behind the front desks instead of our rooms, another thing I found quite strange as anyone of the staff could of gotten a key to a safe and stolen stuff {which luckily didn't happen}. The room we had was very small and dated, there was a table and a couch in the living room and we only had one bedroom which meant I had to sleep on the pull-out bed attached to the couch which took up more space in the room, this made moving around and getting dressed very awkward as the only place we had to store clothes was also in my makeshift bedroom. Along with the dated room, the entire place was very dated with its mismatched furniture, strange photos of food in the restaurant and dark coloured walls/flooring, it didn't seem very inviting to the public. There was no entertainment, you had to entertain yourself with the pool, mini golf, baby area and playground which were all hidden away {asides from the pool}, pretty sure there was a gym as well but I can't remember. Food was hit and miss, I lived off the yogurts and watered down juice during my stay since it was the only thing that seemed good to eat and the only thing I could get during breakfast, we missed out on lunch and dinner and are very glad we did after having some very basic and flavourless pasta one night. Wouldn't recommend to families or anyone else for that matter.
