Very nice appartement, friendly. Cleaning service was perfect, every day. Everybody was very helpfull. Next time for sure same appartement.

Nice hotel with beautiful views, beach close by, parking was available as well as some restaurants. Rooms are not climatized, plan ahead.

We really enjoyed our stay here ,the apartments are lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a nice pool area and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly the reception staff who helped us book a trip to Cumbrecita which was stunning.

The apartments are set in beautiful gardens and there is a large pool. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly and the food is excellent. The apartments are close to local amenities and the sea front. The only minor drawback for me is that the dining room is a basic canteen style rather than restaurant style.

Nice small-scale, quiet, apartment complex with restaurant and swimming pool with supervision and towels. Well maintained. Apartments are spacious and are kept very clean by a friendly cleaning team. Good beds. Everything within walking distance. Car rental possible through the reception. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The appartments were big and clean, maybe a little outdated. We liked it very much. Also the swimming pool was clean and good. Personel friendly and helpfull. We only used the restaurant once. The starters, salads and deserts were fine but the warm items, fish and meat were dry. I'm a chef and it was poor quality, that can different.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. Food was of plenty and a decent standard something for everyone. There is plenty to do around as well. The airport noise isn’t to much of a problem as no planes fly out after 9pm or take off before 8:30 which is a great alarm to get up and go to breakfast

We had an excellent vacation the last week of March. The appartments are very good priced and kept very clean. The location is also perfect. Near by airport, beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The appartment it self is simple but spacious and equiped with the most important. Only thing we missed a bit was a coffee table near the couch. The hotel it self is nice and quiet, but the nearby airport makes it a bit noisy especially in the weekend

We enjoyed our stay in our spacious apartment, 228, although we didn’t use the kitchen much, really only for tea or coffee and keeping a bottle of wine in the fridge. The apartment was spotless and in a quiet area. The only draw back was that our little outdoor area was not sunny. We did however find a roof terrace up a few steps from the apartment and sat there for an evening drink. We only ate breakfast in the restaurant. The buffet was plentiful and varied. The only negative was that on occasions the warm food was not as warm as I would have liked it to be. The man in charge of the restaurant was excellent and had a good sense of humour. In fact all the staff in the complex were friendly and very helpful. When we were there the complex was quiet and well maintained. Sadly the pool was too cold to swim in although a couple of children did go in one day. The apartments are a few mins walk from the bus, 500, into Santa Cruz from where you can travel cheaply on the excellent bus service to all parts of the island. We enjoyed our stay very much and if we returned to La Palma we would stay there again. It was good value for money.
