Hotel lindo, limpo, tranquilo, para quem busca conforto e tranquilidade. Atendimento muito diferenciado e o staff é MUITO cordial. Muita atenção com os detalhes, águas, toalhas, preparo das espreguiçadeiras…
Há um restaurante maravilhoso: café des artistes
Recomendo o menu degustação.
Café da manhã pago à parte e muito bom.
Valet para veículos.
Porfirio, Alan, tantos funcionários atenciosos e solícitos.
Estive no hotel em 2016 e de novo agora em 2023.
Há algumas diferenças… não há mais praia que se possa caminhar em frente, pelo que soube, um furacão acabou com a faixa de areia. Uma das piscinas estava em obras bem em frente ao restaurante do café da manhã.

Um hotel incrível, com uma baita estrutura geral. Mas a única piscina frente ao mar estava em reforma, e restou apenas uma do Griffin Club, que é um hotel boutique dentro do resort. O ar condicionado do quarto também é regulado para o mínimo de 21 graus, que é INSUFICIENTE para o calor que faz no local

Such a relaxing resort for a family! The staff was amazing, very respectful! The rooms were clean and neatly arranged when we came back to our room! There are many pools to hang out at and the resort has many places to walk at! Definitely recommending to friends and family!

The hot water in the room was sporatic. Only two pools were heated, one adult and one for kids, and they were still pretty cold. The hot tub area by the kids pool was barely warm enough to stay in very long. At $1400 per night you would think the hot water would work and the hot tub would be hot…

Checking in was a disaster as we were taken to our room, but another guest was occupying it. We were taken to a second room, again it was occupied. We were taken to a third room that was terribly noisy because of a power generator. It appears that this hotel lacks suitable power supply resulting in frequent power outages. Our room (King size bed with ocean view) was at one time a decent room but no more.
The staff was very apologetic but the failure indicates poor operations in all respects.
This is not a JW Marriott owned location and it is very evident by the poor standard of care and maintenance.
Do not waste your time and money here as you will be very disappointed.

The service and property was amazing. Everyone was so kind and the food was great. Would have liked to have had more dining options for at night. Also, the power went out 3 times while we were there. The first time was for about an hour and a half. Thankfully it was during the day and we were by the pool so it didn't effect us too badly but I couldn't imagine having napping kids in rooms or getting ready at night and it would go pitch black. I asked other guests about it and they stated no one would really tell them but that they were told the power sources were unreliable and the property was run off generators. Besides that, we have zero complaints of this property and would go again.

This property is without say beautiful! As I am in the hotel and event business I look at details though. So here are A few things the property can work on: the TV only had on English channel and no way to input HDMI, USB or casting to see our own things! For the price that is not normal. Also the "cheap" grill restaurant is very expensive but the setting is lovely. And the new tacos restaurant needs some work in the offering as it is overpriced for what you get, and the banging of the meat by the chef is not agreeable.
The rest of the hotel is great and the staff is what made the difference, all so nice with our family and twins.
