We love our stays at Hacienda Encantada for so many reasons. The gorgeous property is well maintained, the staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect, and the food and drinks are top notch. In particular, we love seeing familiar faces and enjoy the friendships we have formed with several staff members making our visits seem more like going to a second home rather than a resort. We specifically request Guillermo Justo for our butler (amazing service) and love how fun José is at our security gate. Alejandra goes out of her way to make sure our activities are taken care of with the best discounts she can get for us. We highly recommend Hacienda Encantada for a luxurious stay in a primo Cabo location with views galore and beautiful amenities (pools, spa, chapel, restaurants) on property.

We have been going to Cabo from Boston for the past 10 years and this was the first time we stayed at the residences at Hacienda. This was by far the best experience we have had. We loved everything about Hacienda. Part of our stay as a guest in the residences, was being assigned our own butler. Daniel Morales was an absolute joy, with the most positive, upbeat personality, can-do attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet any and all requests. Daniel truly made our stay that much more special because of his friendly, kind and personable approach to everything. We had local family friends join us for a couple of days and Daniel made them immediately feel welcome and special. Our hats off to this wonderful resort and to the friendly, hard-working staff. We have owned property at Hacienda Encantada for 20 years so we are regular visitors. We have enjoyed watching the property develop and always enjoy our time spent there. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. The food and ambiance are second to none. From the groundskeepers, security staff, housekeepers, bell people, spa personnel, to servers and bartenders, everyone consistently makes our experience exceptional. On this most recent trip, two people stood out. First, our butler Daniel Morales was attentive to our every need. He checked in on us regularly (at least daily) and was very helpful arranging for dinner reservations, making recommendations, helping with little things we needed in our villa, and accommodating airport transportation. Five gold stars go to Danny. Second, Adriana was our housekeeper. She was very pleasant, and reliable. She cleaned and tidied our villa on a daily basis, made sure we had plenty of towels (especially helpful were the hand towels for the kitchen, because as a chef, I use it daily preparing meals and drinks) - exceptional sensitivity and service!

This is our 3rd summer vacation in Cabo and staying at the residences at Hacienda Encantada was the best yet. One of the highlights was having our private butler Daniel who assisted us with all aspects of our trip. He made our stay effortless.

We had an amazing week at the resort. Our butler, Daniel, was the best. He made everything easy for us with travel to and from the resort and scheduled excursions for our group. The residence was beautiful and maid service kept it very clean. Daniel was so helpful and always smiled. Would definitely recommend this resort!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at The Residences at Hacienda Encantada. The resort is beautiful and the views from some of the restaurants and the rooftop pool are amazing! We stayed at 3 bedroom/4 bathroom hacienda. The bedrooms and living area are comfortable and beautifully decorated, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more but where we spent most of our time was outside by the pool and jacuzzi—what fun! This resort definitely knows how to make you feel special! We’ve had butlers at other resorts but our butler, Daniel Morales, was over the top! He answered all our questions, gave us tips/suggestions and definitely made our 2 weeks there easier. He is the best!!

As always our visit to the Residences at Hacienda Encantada was amazing. Both of our homes were well maintained and the service was great. Guillermo, our butler, was extremely attentive and ensure everyone had a great experience. Can’t wait to go back soon.

Everything was wonderful from the golf cart rides to the beautiful scenery. Guillermo was our concierge and there could not have been a better person. He was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a great vacation! We went snorkeling in the sea of Cortez, glass bottom boat ride, and enjoyed the beautiful sunsetsThank you!
