Convenient parking (locked with gates), clean, good amenities (iron, fridge, coffee maker with coffee and teas, hairdryer, iron, shared microwave), very good breakfast (cereals, yogurt, fruits, waffles, eggs and sausage patties, bagels and cream cheese). Also, it has onsite restaurant with a 50% dining offer for guests.

Perfect place for a shuttle airport hotel! Shuttle very 15 minutes and a great place to prepare for a trip. Pool and bar is nice. Spent way more on drinks and food than I imagined but not much around… it was fair in the end. Great bar staff.

When I first arrived I was telling the guy at the desk that I had two reservations I cancelled one, but there should be another that I have already prepaid. Well he pretty much was saying he don’t see a paid room as I have the confirmation receipt on my phone in my hand. the lady (his co worker) reviewed my receipt for the room purchase and searched by my middle name. They found my reservation… okay, they were out of one beds. So we walk to our room and it’s literally a jail no city view, just a view of other hotel windows and a vent on the second floor. I mean that’s ridiculous for the price so make sure y’all checking the view before paying all that money! Remind you the guy already pushed back on me regarding my prepayment so was he being rude? I think so honestly. So I Go back to the desk to get another room with a better view because at this point I was disgusted, new room still have 2 beds but it was on 8th floor with a good view so I was okay with it, better than the first room. Going off of reviews and pictures I thought this hotel would be nice but it’s really old looking I made the best out of it but I would never book here again sorry not sorry.

We're going through a horrific heat wave here in California, and I don't have an AC in my apartment. Because of Covid 19, many public places, such as our public library, are closed; places where people can cool off from this heat. I'm a teacher working from home and it's hard enough sitting in front of a computer all day; I don't need the heat to aggravate the situation more, but aggravate it did. Because I needed a cool place where I could work, I decided to book two nights at this motel. I chose this particular one because it's fairly close to my apartment and the price was ”reasonable.” All I needed was a clean room, a working AC and reliable Wifi. I only got one of three from my wish list. The room was disgustingly dirty: spider webs in the bathroom, dirt and grime underneath the vanity, filthy chairs, filth everywhere. I wasn't able to shower because the shower head wasn't working. I only got running water from the tub faucet, and I wasn't about to sit in that tub. The wifi worked fine when I first checked in and during most of the day the second day, but then it went dead. There was no way I was able to connect using their wifi so I ended up using my hot spot for my first class, and then I came right back home where I at least have running water, reliable wifi, and a clean place to sleep.The AC worked fine, but it's too bad that this place is so rundown. The motel usually serves breakfast, whatever it is they serve, but because of the state regulations due to the pandemic we're going through, breakfast, ice and the pool were unavailable. I'm was very happy to burn rubber and come back home, albeit to a very hot apartment. Two nights was more than enough.

Rooms actually look nice like the pictures. The outside looks a bit rough, but I like that the parking lot is right below. Cynthia checked me in and was patient with me and checked me in fast. I requested a room by the smoking area and an iron and extra towel at check in and by the time I reached my room the housekeeper already was waiting for me at my room door. I will be staying here again. It beats a lot of the motels on Century Blvd, and rooms are super clean.

Frondesk Staff is unprofessional and unfriendly,
During the stay housekeeping banging the Door around 7am in the morning when to the front desk making complaint didn't get any satisfy answer, specifically there's front desk staff just looking at me with stone face no smile just looking at me ,not even saying anything polite , no words, nothing !! ,i stood over there more than 5 minutes, finally one staff asking me did i need help ?! very unprofessional !!!

The rooms are very nice, and well decorated….and kayla at the front desk was very helpful with questions I needed answers to. Amazing experience! We asked if we could check in early just out of sheer curiosity and they were very accommodating. They didn’t have a room at first but then had a room available shortly after. Overall staff were very nice and the room was very clean. The room was also very spacious! We stayed on the fifth floor and it had a large lobby to sit, study, and/or talk with friends: The hotel is in a small Asian/chinese district. Lots of Chinese food and markets to go to!

It was a Great Hotel, the location is great, very well connected to subway, lots of restaurant and fast-food around. The rooms and the facility is great, especially the 7th floor pool deck the staff there are very friendly, room is very comfortable and spacious, clean, have all amenities I needed, including the slippers which I used for the pool side.
Some of the receptionist are very friendly, courteous especially the girl who extended my checkout time and the gentlemen Manny they made me feel home, also the concierge gentleman, I am from Asia and you definitely need people like them to make you comfortable. on the other had there were some receptionist who don't even want to smile, a smile cost nothing, it is because of these couple of them that the hotel might not get the guest back.
Over all I will for sure come back again and there is no need for me to stay in other places, i use to stay in sheraton grand, but now I recommend this hotel and also myself will stay here again for sure.
