It was a Great Hotel, the location is great, very well connected to subway, lots of restaurant and fast-food around. The rooms and the facility is great, especially the 7th floor pool deck the staff there are very friendly, room is very comfortable and spacious, clean, have all amenities I needed, including the slippers which I used for the pool side. Some of the receptionist are very friendly, courteous especially the girl who extended my checkout time and the gentlemen Manny they made me feel home, also the concierge gentleman, I am from Asia and you definitely need people like them to make you comfortable. on the other had there were some receptionist who don't even want to smile, a smile cost nothing, it is because of these couple of them that the hotel might not get the guest back. Over all I will for sure come back again and there is no need for me to stay in other places, i use to stay in sheraton grand, but now I recommend this hotel and also myself will stay here again for sure. Amazing stay. We’ve stayed a handful of times at the Waldorf Beverly Hills which we also love, but I think this will be our new go-to Hilton property in Los Angeles as it’s at a much more attractive price point. The service was what really stood out. Extremely friendly front desk, bellmen, drivers, and wait staff. We were celebrating our anniversary and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite and provided treats and champagne. Pool was beautiful and huge considering the area. Food was delicious, albeit extremely expensive which is our only criticism of the property. We are excited to come back.

What a perfect boutique hotel! Secluded for privacy but close to everything you would want in Beverly Hills. Beds are wonderfully comfortable and rooms are very clean. All marble baths are luxurious and the rain shower? Perfection! I enjoyed coffee on my balcony each morning watching the city wake-up. Lobby is spacious and welcoming. Restaurant food is superb. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I will most definitely stay here again when my travels bring me to Beverly Hills.

I was so excited to stay here. I arrived about 5pm and our room was not available to strike one so they gave us tokens for free drinks at the poolside, while we were there we waited to see if anyone will come up to us and offer drinks and nothing so I decided to go up to the bar. We ordered our drinks and when paying with the tokens the bartender made it clear to me that her tip was not included with the tokens strike 2.. made me feel like I couldn't afford it, so we decided to go have dinner, we finished dinner after 6pm and still not call my room was available so I decided to go ask..when I get there all of a sudden our room is available. We go up to our room and its the wrong one strike 3 when going back to the lobby I found a gentleman walking our luggage up so I let him know our room was not the one I reserved he apologized and walked me down to the lobby.. when we were in the lobby they apologized and gave me a discount for the mixed up.. the agreed that was not the room I reserved and was going to send wine and cheese up to our room.. never received the wine strike 4. The next morning we decided to check out I told the gal there about my horrible experience so they waved the valet also when I got my bill they added other charges of $90 and gave me a discount of $60 . Yea the other charges were added to offset the discount. I felt so uncomfortable never going back again, I'm still sad about my family trip that was ruined and made us feel unwelcome. Never had this experience ever

Super comfortable staying! I planned stay 1 night but I stayed for while the trip in LA. in bathroom everything perfect Bedlinen super fresh and soft bed Style of room just cool Size a small but it’s acceptable Lovely restaurant downstair with good coffee at bar Location is convenient , next to Loui , Italian restaurant, and around the corner of the house bar with life music , excellent jazz band concert Ah I love it , definitely I’ll came beck

The Ritz-Carlton Los Angles is one of our most favorite hotels but on our recent trip it was a whole new level for two reasons 1) super sweet upgrade (thanks Bonvoy Ambassador team)and 2) club level access. The Room The Executive Suite is a stunning room. The hotel offers several configurations. Some have a half bath, some offer a connecting room and some are accessible. Regardless of configurations all offer a spacious living/dining room, spectate bedroom, stunning bathroom and killer views. The executive suite is great for couples looking for a bit of extra space (more than a thousand square feet) to spread out, families or those travel on business and need space for work. Club Lounge If you’ve never had the opportunity to experience the Ritz-Carlton Club Level it is an experience to be had. Unfortunately Ritz-Carlton does not offer elite access to the club level so you’ll have to pay for it - Burd it’s worth it. The offerings vary by hotel but this club offers a full hot breakfast, lite lunch mid day, snacks, evening appetizers and desserts, beer and wine all day and evening cocktail service. This is all included in the room rate along with an incredible concierge team. The Hotel The hotel is tranquil, private and offers discrete luxury. Even though the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton share a building the experiences can not be anything farther from each other. From the private lobby, to beautiful rooms, to the well equipped fitness center to the tranquil rooftop pool The Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles does not disappoint.

Everything you'd expect from Four Seasons and more. Super friendly and professional staff. Spacious, clean, and well equipped rooms. Higher floors have great view, with balcony too. I liked their aluminum canned water. Excellent Italian restaurant Culina. Manager David even emailed me assuring that they'd save my room preference profile for future stays, very impressive, thanks! Four Season is often the answer when I struggle to find hotels that don't compromise on having both location/neighbourhood and views, this is another example.

During the new crown period, the hotel's meals were basically stopped, but otherwise it was very good.

Me and a Marine Corps buddy of mine came in. Both of us in town for work and catching up. I was staying here at the Fairmont (Century Plaza). Kevin took care if us this eve and I typically do not take time to write reviews like this but I feel cosmically obligated; hear me out: Dear GM/Owner powers that be...The team you have assembled here are ACES. Specifically, Kevin was so professional and personable it was truly was great to come in. With several options around town, I will find it difficult to justify going anywhere else for the next ten days. The menu is phenomenal, the food excellent, and to cap it off the team here is just great to interact with. Please tell Kevin thank you for us and please please appreciate his efforts- truly a rare spirit out here and made the experience worth from start to finish.

Great service, and clean, great amenities. Private and spacious. Nice cottage style bedroom. Very beautiful and relaxing hotel. Had access to the private beach. Awesome, will come back again!
