I booked this hotel through trip.com, and somehow during the process the dates got changed from the original search I did, and I didn't realize it until I got the confirmation after it was booked. I immediately called customer support and tried to get the dates changed to the correct dates, in which I was told they were unable to do. At that point I asked them to cancel the reservation because I was not going to still be in town during the incorrect dates. They told me they would get it taken care of, but that it might be 24 hours before I got the refund. THREE DAYS LATER I got an e-mail saying they were unable to fix the problem and I would basically just have to eat the $116 that I paid for the wrong hotel date. The glitch was in their system and they should have fixed the problem and cancelled the reservation for me when I called immediately after the mistake was made. Priceline has much better customer service.
