Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel

My experience was nothing less than amazing! I had a late arrival and after a long day of traveling the check-in process was super smooth and informational. The hotel and staff were extra hospitable and accommodating to my every need. The establishment was very clean and hygienic. Not to mention the aesthetics were pretty as well. I also enjoyed the fact that I was able to see planes landing from my room windows but wasn’t able to hear a peep like you Would think. Also The courtesy shuttle to the airport was an unexpected perk that I appreciated! Overall my experience was great and this will be my LA go to! I recommend 10/10!

The hotel is very accessible, approximately 5-7 minutes away from the airport. Checking-in and out is fast and hassle free. The room is clean but the entire place smells like ****.

They are ******…they made me and my friends leave the hotel due too loud noise and smoking EXCEPT…nobody was smoking… their REASONING BEHIND THIS DECISION WAS the cigarette smoke got through the vents IN A ROOM WITH NO VENTILATION…that’s number 1…number 2 NO BODY SMOKES CIGARETTES and wen asked WAT THE SMOKE SMELLED LIKE NOBODY COULD GIVE A CONCRETE ANSWER OUTSIDE OF “smoke” but YOU KNOW DISTINCTIVE SMELLS WEN U SMELL THEM…I.E CIGARETTES…****….CIGARS…so if u SMELLED SMOKE YOU ABSOLUTELY KNOW WHICH PRODUCT OF SMOKE U SMELLED IF THERE WAS SMOKE COMING FROM THESE IMAGINARY VENTS…but wen I SPOKE TO MANAGEMENT THAT MORNING HE WAS ASKING ME WHICH PRODUCT WERE WE SMOKING…sir WE WERENT!!! But if your saying WE WERE YOU TELL ME WAT IT WAS!? YOUR STAFF SHOULD KNOW WAT THEY SMELLED IF THEY ARE ACCUSING US OF DOING SOMETHING WE NEVER DID…number 3…they have a card in the room that STATES THAT THEY WILL CHARGE A 500 dollar cleaning fee if smoke is detected in the room HOTEL POLICY…but the manager told me THEY NOT CHARGING ME THE CLEANING FEE JUST MY 100 dollar deposit FOR ME! But yaw don’t know me from ADAM SO Y WOULDNT U CHARGE ME THE 500 if u INDEED SMELT SMOKE COMING FROM MY ROOM!???? BECAUSE ONCE AGAIN YOU DIDNT SMELL ANYTHING!!! YOUR CLEANING CREW DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING TO CLEAN SMOKE RELATED AND THATS Y U COULDNT CHARGE ME!!! You were looking for a reason to ask me and my friends to leave BECAUSE U DIDNT WANT US STAYING IN YOU FACILITY!!! The night manager TOLD ME NO YOU HAVE TO GO BECAUSE IVE DONE ENOUGH ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE DAY AND IM NOT DOING ANYMORE YOU NEED TO GO…IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO UNJUSTLY in MY LIFE!!! I stay at the Sheraton ALL THE TIME!!! It was ABSOLUTELY MY FAVORITE HOTEL!!! Now ID NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME!!!

The room is large and clean enough. The location is good and the shuttle is quick but it is too small that sometime fully occupied.
