When we checked into our room, we were EXHAUSTED and planned on getting a good night's rest, however, the mother and daughter in the room right next to us had a different agenda.
They were yelling at each other
ALL NIGHT. The local pd came out twice, once knocking on our door... Needless to say, this was the most HORRIBLE hotel stay ever...
The hotel did NOTHING to make up for our total WASTE OF MONEY and that was almost as disappointing as the previous night's rest...

Very sketchy area. Checking in was through a bullet proof window. Would not allow early check in. Towels were dirty. Out of soap by vanity. No movie channels.

I hesitated to review as the staff was amazing but I was really mislead by the star rating on this one and hoped to just share that while it was fine for a one night quick stay it’s not in the caliber of other 8.5 places we’ve stayed. We travel for a living so we stay in some good some, not so much. Generally spend more than 100 nights a year in hotels so we do have a reference. It was mostly clean and some parts of room were upgraded. Bed was comfy but room was noisy. We could hear all above and to the sides of us. I’m sure just due to being an older hotel. No cable tv which is unusual in 2023 but we were not in room much. All vending machine and ice were out of order. I would stay again.

The location was convenient. The price was economical. That being said, it was not the nicest establishment. The most disappointing part of the experience was that the room smelled strongly like urine. It seemed to be that the smell was coming from the Air Conditioner, but I didn't know that was likely the source until after I turned it off near my departure. I informed the staff at my check-out and they were apologetic and said they would definitely look into it. I hope they do address the issue.

I really enjoy staying at the Arrow Inn especially when it’s more than an overnight stay. I always ask for a room on the first floor because I have trouble going up and down stairs, and they are kind enough to accommodate me. The staff is really very sweet and so welcoming. I feel it’s the little things that really make the Arrow Inn really stand out.

Maybe some signage or a friendly reminder from the staff about late check ins about excessive noise after 10pm. I had to wake up early, and there was more than one late arrival that was loud enough to wake people up.
