If late checkout is subject to additional fees, it would have been more considerate to remind guests in advance rather than calling only when the deadline had already passed. The hotel also wasn’t very busy during my stay, so it would have been a nice gesture to ask whether I needed a short late checkout or to offer a little flexibility. Overall, the staff were polite, but their service awareness and communication could be more thoughtful and customer-friendly."
