Very good hotel.
Lobby reception probably not so experienced with foreigners but always polite and helpful.
Clean room and comfortable.
All facilities were excellent.
Didn't eat at the hotel, but noticed it was always very busy which is always a good indication.
Certainly can recommend to visitors to Longyan.
Close to train station (about 15 minutes by car).

Better than most other five star hotels. Providing the feel form a real five star. Pretty good breakfast. Friendly service, also for kids. Only minus to mention is that the bath curtain is transparent, not so suitable for families with children.

Our stay was amazing, couldn't get enough of the place wish i could stay longer.... Was celebrating my birthday and the hotel surprised me with a cake was amazing..we loved everything from check in, the room, view and service

來龍巖旅遊的，入住嘉華酒店，酒店地理位置非常便利，市中心，旁邊是商場，周圍也有很多餐館，商店。酒店附近還有個人工湖，晚間可以去散步，另外馬路對面還有個公園。地理位置很棒，離動車站、高速口也很近。酒店距離龍巖市區的景點都很近。旁邊、對面都有公交站，打車也很快。打車也很方便。出發之前，酒店還給認真介紹了景點，很好地體驗了龍巖當地景點文化。酒店房間很大，大大的洗手枱，大鏡子，一切都很大氣，非常的喜歡。也有很大的書桌，網速很快，上網流暢。床墊舒適是金可兒的品牌，羽絨被，羽絨枕，軟綿綿的，輕輕的，很是舒適，入睡很快，很舒服，給旅途增添舒適。房間衞生間很大，有大浴缸，泡個澡，很舒服，幫助睡眠。服務無微不至。一進來保安員給開了車門，禮賓也出來搬行李，引導我們進去酒店。服務員們都很認真的服務，沒有任何懈怠。酒店配置很齊全，有健身房、游泳池，旅遊、健身兩不誤，完美。酒店的早餐，品種豐富，品質很棒，有龍巖特色的食物，也有其他地方的風味，選擇很多，很棒
